Seriously Trumpers after the death of a Conservative ICON on the SCOTUs the stakes of this election just skyrocketed and your idiot boy has got the cajones to say this.... How can you possibly support this? He is leading in every poll and yet he feels he must bash Bush like a liberal and now threaten a 3rd party run handing the election to a liberal... Anyone that supports this buffoon is no CONSERVATIVE....

Bushie junior was a pansy with no nads on certain issues. Got walked all over by the media treated like a ragdoll. Yet, stood down. Real failure of communication. 9/11 happened and spent one month building up military like fools for the world to see, when we should have gone scorched earth low yield nuclear weapons possibly. He spent money like a racehorse, that’s not conservative. We was decent but we need much more backbone; Bushie Jr was part of the establishment good ole boy club. Trump is the perfect wrecking ball to the ruling class elites, and the propaganda press ministry of kool-aid, which needs to be de- legitimized and squashed. Trump’s also packing a Smith and Wesson .38 snubbie on his hip, hardly anti-2nd amendment. And one old guy in a black dress dies on the court, and suddenly, let’s all burn rubber in our shorts, since apparently he’s the only one protecting our 2nd amendment? Please. UnConstitutional edicts are null and void, these scumbag libbies enablers traitors and domestic enemies want personal consequences, that’s fine. Bring it. Resist. Defy. Restore. Retribution.

People like you are not better than the loons on DU.

Putting out lies and misleading headlines is what DU does.

I am for Cruz, but you are just embarrassing his voters and supporters by this B/S.

What is just as stunning is how many people who hate Trump jump on the bandwagon and do not read the article.

All of you on both sides who do this should be embarrassed by your actions and I would not even expect my kids to do what you have done.

You are also embarrassing this site so take a chill pill or the meds and take a breath, and get a grip.

YOUR HEADLINE IS UNTRUTHFUL! Nothing Trump said was indicative of plans to run as a third party candidate. You are simply MUCKRAKING to put it up. and with his current position as the leading candidate by an extaordinary margin, why would he consider such a move? The issue here is to put the RNC on notice that they are continually “putting their foot on the scale” after agreeing not to do so. But I guess you must be a Cruzer, Bobot, or some other lower form of “political life.”

Crybaby Trump is upset because Republicans booed his Radical Leftist rant about 9/11 and Code Pink Iraq lie.

I just heard Trump on Michael Savage. He called Cruz a liar over and over. Didn’t hear him talk about a third party, but I was clipping some coupons, which I considered more important than listening to him blather.

I’m not a Trump supporter.

But he didn’t say “I may run as a 3rd party candidate” or anything like it.

He complained about the deal he made with the GOPe and that they have technically broken that deal.

Career politicians like Cruz should wear uniforms like NASCAR drivers, so we know who their corporate sponsors and lobbyist are.

Excuse me, no, he didn’t say is going to run as a Third Party, he said the facts, “I signed a pledge,” Trump said. “But the pledge is not being honored by them. They are in default of their pledge.”

That’s correct. The RNC that again is trying to anoint Bush as the nominee, stacked that audience with Bush toadies and donors to the cheap labor agenda who then like phonies on a bad 1950s soap commercial series clapped on queue, booed on queue, cheered on queue, for Jeb Bush the loser that it couldn’t even cut the grade as entertainment but a bad edition of a rigged game show with a paid audience that is there to give the claps and boos and they actually were not even good at it for a paid audience.

The RNC broke their pledge, they need to be held accountable because they are in default of their pledge, no different than Mitch McConnell or Paul Ryan or the other GOPe.

Every boo was 100 more votes for Trump, every cheer for Bush was 200 more votes for Trump or any others who oppose Jeb Bush.

As far as attacking Trump in some of these campaign ads and the polls, if someone else starts to rise such as Rubio and then attacks Trump with ads, within days their numbers drop. Right now here in California, Bush is running ads that depict Trump as a giant ice figure who then has his hand fall off, melting but actually oddly not melting but as if an invisible machete is hacking off his arms, it really is a lame ad, his arms then fall off, finally the entire giant Trump ice man falls forward like something out of the Idol in some sci-fi-fantasy movie falling foward which I forgot the name of, then it displays in big letters Jeb Bush 2016.

So laughably undramatic in the drama, it has sealed the deal of a Trump victory in California. Trump might be a giant ice man but Jeb is a bad jelly donut whose shelf life expired but is still sitting under that display light and the strawberry jelly is dripping off the side with a dead fly on it. Bush isn’t a giant idol but an old donut that needs to be thrown into the trash bin.

Half of FR had gone full-blown establishment as a result of Trump not sticking to the script on the “wild success” of Iraq and other GOPe talking points.

Gotta hand it to Cruz. He has a powerful influence over his flock.

There are lots of videos presenting Trump's past politics but most are full of anti Trump hyperbole but this one seems to stick to Trump's public pronouncements . Is this man one conservatives want to vote for. Add to his past positions his Trump University bait and switch and authoritarian tendencies.

Reagan opposed attacking Iraq during the years after the Six Day War. He felt it would destablish the region. In fact President Ronald Reagan initiated a strategic agreement with Hussein and Iraq signing National Security Study Directive 4-82 and selecting Donald Rumsfeld as his emissary to Hussein. Hussein was then visited in December 1983 and March 1984 after 1982 when Iraq was removed from a list of State Sponsors of Terrorism and dual-use technology was shared. Reagan did not want to take out Hussein, in fact he felt to do so would strengthen Iran and fall Iraq into sectarian violence and some extremists far worse than Saddam would emerge. Trump is a Reagan Rupublican in 2016, he is spot on.

Some of you Cruz supporters do not know what you are talking about. I worked and donated to the Reagan campaigns, and I will guarantee you if alive he would be supporting Trump.

The Bush family are not Conservatives. They are GOPe RINOs. BUSH 43 went into Iraq in no insignificant part, as revenge for Saddam having disrespected his father. Just as (in reverse) Jeb went into this presidential race to honor his father before the old man dies. Too bad he’s going to lose and thus end up being a big Bush family disappointment. These two Bush boys compete for their parents’ affections in a not so mentally healthy way, as there are national and international implications for all of us.

https://www.donaldjtrump.com/press-releases/trump-responds-to-senator-cruz-lies-and-warns-of-legal-action

Ted Cruz is a totally unstable individual. He is the single biggest liar I’ve ever come across, in politics or otherwise, and I have seen some of the best of them. His statements are totally untrue and completely outrageous. It is hard to believe a person who proclaims to be a Christian could be so dishonest and lie so much.

Cruz said I would be appointing a liberal judge when in fact I will appoint a great conservative and I am the only candidate who has gone so far, at the debate, as to suggest two individuals I feel would best represent the conservative values we need to protect: William ‘Bill’ Pryor Jr. and Diane Sykes.

Cruz says I am pro-choice, when in fact I am staunchly pro-life and have been for a long time. Like Ronald Reagan, on many issues, I have evolved.

Cruz says I am in favor of ObamaCare, when in fact I have spoken about repealing and replacing this disaster of a system at every speech throughout my campaign and since it’s inception. Meanwhile, Cruz was responsible for getting Bush to put in the judge that failed to vote against ObamaCare twice.

Cruz says I will try to take away your second amendment rights, when I am one of the strongest proponents of the right to bear arms and I say so in every speech that I have made for years. I am a proud member of the NRA and so are my sons.

Cruz has become unhinged and is lying with the hopes that his statements will go unchecked until after the election and he will save his failing campaign.

In Iowa, Cruz told thousands of Ben Carson voters that Dr. Carson had left the race and to instead vote for Ted Cruz. He apologized when the race was over. Likewise, his fraudulent voter violation form sent to Iowa voters. If Ted is going to continue to lie with such desperation, I have no choice but to fight back.

One of the ways I can fight back is to bring a lawsuit against him relative to the fact that he was born in Canada and therefore cannot be President. If he doesn’t take down his false ads and retract his lies, I will do so immediately. Additionally, the RNC should intervene and if they don’t they are in default of their pledge to me.

I am the strongest on the borders and I will build a wall, and it will be a real wall. I am strongest on illegal immigration, strongest on ISIS, strongest on the military and I will take care of our Vets. I will end common core and preserve the second amendment. I will renegotiate our trade deals and bring our jobs back to our country. I am the only person who will Make America Great Again.

I’m a Cruz supporter and dislike the portioning out of debate seats to donor class. The John Ellis Bushes and Rubios whose donors give the most to the RNC. Those who give directly to the candidate, and not so much to the RNC (like many Cruz supporters) also get locked out.

I personally think most of the booing benefited Trump, ESPECIALLY when he called out the audience for being stacked.

I thought the debates weren’t supposed to have a lot of spontaneous cheers and boos.

I seem to remember that several states have “sore loser” laws that prohibit a Candidate who qualifies for the ballot in a primary election from seeking the office as an independent in the general election? Does anyone know if my memory on this is correct.
