MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. —

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump said Monday that the Republican party is breaking its pledge to stay neutral while pouncing on GOP rivals who attacked him at a weekend debate.

“I have never met people like politicians. They are the most dishonest people I have ever met,” the New York billionaire said during a stop at Mount Pleasant hotel on Monday. “They lie, lie, lie and then they apologize.”

Trump suggested that the Republican National Committee was not honoring a pledge to not hurt his campaign if the businessman promised not to mount a third-party presidential run

Crybaby Trump is upset because Republicans booed his Radical Leftist rant about 9/11 and Code Pink Iraq lie.

I just heard Trump on Michael Savage. He called Cruz a liar over and over. Didn’t hear him talk about a third party, but I was clipping some coupons, which I considered more important than listening to him blather.

Well then you’d better get busy refuting all of those lying reporters out there. ‘Cause they all heard the same thing I did.

You’ve obviously never read his books.

Aim high, put on pressure, and get what you want is more like it.

It’s the Senators that give up and still get their taxpayer funded salary. That’s why we need a businessman, someone who lives in the real world.

Your headline was changed because you lied and your abuse has been reported.

Peddle your Cruz lies elsewhere. And the name calling is very Christian BTW

There are a handful on here on both sides who keep spewing this crap and making this site look like DU.

I suspect they must be either trolls, paid establishment types who want to keep the feud going to get their guy in, or just pitiful dopes who think that them putting these lies out on here will change anyone’s mind.
It will not , nor will it and I wish they would stop this childish nonsense and grow up.

I’m not a Trump supporter.

But he didn’t say “I may run as a 3rd party candidate” or anything like it.

He complained about the deal he made with the GOPe and that they have technically broken that deal.

No what he said is the the RNC should force Cruz to stop criticizing his Donaldness or he would consider the RNC in violation of the pledge he signed. You don’t have to be an expert on reading between the lines to figure out that’s a threat. If he considers the pledge broken then there would be nothing to stop him from running 3rd party.

I don’t know how the SC electorate will react to that debate. The 2012 race swung quite a bit after their final debate, mostly because Gingrich hit it out of the park. I think all the contenders had some good moments and bad ones. Cruz was mostly good, but no major moments. Trump had some good, and continued to make Jeb his whipping boy, but swung way off the reservation on 9/11 and PP for a GOP primary. Rubio had a pretty good night, but looked very small with his Cruz attack. He is better off when he doesn’t play that game. I could see any of the three of them surging or falling based on the night.

Career politicians like Cruz should wear uniforms like NASCAR drivers, so we know who their corporate sponsors and lobbyist are.

Excuse me, no, he didn’t say is going to run as a Third Party, he said the facts, “I signed a pledge,” Trump said. “But the pledge is not being honored by them. They are in default of their pledge.”

That’s correct. The RNC that again is trying to anoint Bush as the nominee, stacked that audience with Bush toadies and donors to the cheap labor agenda who then like phonies on a bad 1950s soap commercial series clapped on queue, booed on queue, cheered on queue, for Jeb Bush the loser that it couldn’t even cut the grade as entertainment but a bad edition of a rigged game show with a paid audience that is there to give the claps and boos and they actually were not even good at it for a paid audience.

The RNC broke their pledge, they need to be held accountable because they are in default of their pledge, no different than Mitch McConnell or Paul Ryan or the other GOPe.

Every boo was 100 more votes for Trump, every cheer for Bush was 200 more votes for Trump or any others who oppose Jeb Bush.

As far as attacking Trump in some of these campaign ads and the polls, if someone else starts to rise such as Rubio and then attacks Trump with ads, within days their numbers drop. Right now here in California, Bush is running ads that depict Trump as a giant ice figure who then has his hand fall off, melting but actually oddly not melting but as if an invisible machete is hacking off his arms, it really is a lame ad, his arms then fall off, finally the entire giant Trump ice man falls forward like something out of the Idol in some sci-fi-fantasy movie falling foward which I forgot the name of, then it displays in big letters Jeb Bush 2016.

So laughably undramatic in the drama, it has sealed the deal of a Trump victory in California. Trump might be a giant ice man but Jeb is a bad jelly donut whose shelf life expired but is still sitting under that display light and the strawberry jelly is dripping off the side with a dead fly on it. Bush isn’t a giant idol but an old donut that needs to be thrown into the trash bin.

You inserted a title that was incongruous with the the actual story. Trump uttered not one word claiming he’d run third party ...

YOU LIED. PERIOD!

Accept the responsibility for your LIE!

Or are just another disingenuous hack?

You think you should get a pass on your lie?

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery ...

So, I suppose you are only imitating your bible-thumping hypocrite - Cruz
