The Craziest GOP Debate of The Cycle: Trump Defends Planned Parenthood .....

We're just one week away from the South Carolina primary and tonight the remaining six presidential candidates took the debate stage in Greenville to make a final push. Debate moderator John Dickerson opened the night with a moment of silence dedicated to Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who died earlier today after serving for three decades on the high court.

The debate, hosted by CBS News, was certainly the most entertaining of the cycle with candidates repeatedly going after each other with an audience that loudly booed throughout the night.(snip)

2) Trump said Planned Parenthood does "many wonderful things for women's health" while trying at the same time to dismiss abortion. Keep in mind Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards makes this same argument in order to keep $500 million in taxpayer funding each year. The abortion giant repeatedly claims it only uses taxpayer money for women's health, not for abortion, ignoring the fact that money is fungible. Trump made that argument for Planned Parenthood tonight from the Republican, pro-life debate stage. There's also this:

People forget the condom-dispensers and only remember the dismembered babies.

Trump is making it cool to work for Planned Parenthood again.

If Trump is going to make Mexico pay for the wall, shouldn’t he make Planned Parenthood pay to kill babies themselves?

The term “women’s health” is used as a euphemism for abortion by pro-abortion liberals, apparently including the Donald.

DTS does not seem to allow use of the full quote when Trump speaks. Maybe just a hearing issues or inability to read transcript.

He actually does want to cut the funding for PP abortions.

Shouldn’t Saint Cruz tell his wife to quit taking funding from Goldman Sachs who funds every leftwing cause under the sun? See how that works?

Pray America wakes

So the part where he clearly says that no government money should go to PP abortion business was completely missed by you?

It isn’t like you can’t post the quote, you likely saw it. But you need a narrative, so you leave it out.

That's cute.

People forget the autobahns and the People's Car, and only remember the concentration camps.

A lot of people out there (who need to be persuaded to vote for someone) believe that Planned Parenthood does a lot of good things for women’s health — and. oh by the way, they do abortions too. That’s a common belief.

Trump is saying he’s against abortion.
Trump is saying he cares about women’s health.

That’s a strong selling point for a lot of people who share common thinking.

Now, if the facts show that Planned parenthood makes no contribution to women’s health, and only focuses on abortions ... well ... defunding them would be OK because it doesn’t violate core principles, right?

But coming out as an initial position and saying “I hate Planned Parenthood” would be heard as: “I don’t care about women’s health.” Because a lot of people don’t know the facts, and wouldn’t believe them if they heard them.

It’s politics, you know.

I get that these people don’t like Trump. But when they accuse him of X, and don’t post exactly what he said knowing that it ruins their narrative, then it only makes them look dishonest.

At least Trump didn’t vote to FUND Planned Parenthood, as the majority of Republicans in Congress, many of whom CLAIM to be conservatives, did.

Anybody have any statistics on how many evangelicals have gotten abortions? What about divorces? Drunk driving? Tax evasion? Kiddie porn?

It is how the Cruz people work, just like their Saint. It is not really lying if their leader does it.

They also do not address why this great debater has been beaten badly 7 straight times. Saturday he barely left the stage it was so bad. Rubio owned him catching him in lie after lie.

Trump said the congress should shut down the gummit to stop funding abortions for PP and that is translated into he is for partial birth abortion.

This is why we need an outsider and quit playing these games.
