O oh...But that Bilble is really, really important to Trump, at least until the nex non religious state. Until then: Let's nominate jurists that fight against religious freedom.

Maybe he thinks that making deals in Congress means being “bi-partisan”.

There are reasons I do not support Trump unless he wins the nomination. Add this to the list.

Damn he also mentioned Diane Sykes who ruled that Indiana could not overturn PP and stated the court’s belief in the “right of abortion”.

Cruz lied? Big time BS. This is YUUUUUGE.

Denial
Anger
Bargaining
Depression
Acceptance

The Cruzies are passing Denial and moving to the Anger stage.

Latest Feb 14 South Carolina poll:

Trump 42
Cruz 20

Kasich 9
Jeb 6

Roy Moore is a nut, removed from office by the State of Alabama.

Upon appeal, the Alabama Supreme Court upheld the removal by a margin of 8-0.

But I'd bet you would claim they were all a bunch of liberals.

Pryor wasn’t passing judgment on the decision against Moore, which he said he opposed. Pryor was merely enforcing the law once Moore violated a court order.

I’m okay with that. We are a country of laws.

That’s just campaign talk from Trump. It means nothing. I’d expect him to nominate someone far worse once he has a grip on power.

Bill Pryor is a devout and observant Catholic and would be an outstanding Conservative SC Justice. I worked at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals for 5 years, where Judge Pryor has served since 2004. Read his Wikipedia page. He originally was appointed to the Court by W. using a recess appointment. That so enraged Ted Kennedy, that Kennedy filed suit trying to prevent Pryor from being seated on the Court. Pryor was just carrying out and enforcing existing law in the Roy Moore case.

And Cruz, as a lawyer, defended the Chinese!!! Dig deep enough and you will find anything. Pryor was filibustered by the Democrats because he was against Roe v Wade.

Uh oh, looks like we have BS Cruz talking point lie #47464 that will be posted ad nauseum from here until forever. Trump was the only guy at the debate who had some names at the ready that he would CONSIDER, that means he hates Jesus and wants Satan on the Supreme Court.

You guys talk about Trump going off the rails... all I see is a permanent state of apoplexy from Cruznadians.

“”But that Bilble is really, really important to Trump””

Did you notice he was the only one on the stage last night who didn’t bow his head for a moment of silent prayer for Antonin Scalia? It was as if he didn’t know how to do it...don’t think it would be second nature to him from the way he acted.

Never mind that Pryor called Roe vs. Wade " “the worst abomination of constitutional law in our history”

That is kind of judge I want on the bench.

From Pryor's confirmation hearing:

But based on the comments Attorney General Pryor has made on this subject, I have got some real concerns that he cannot, because he feels these views so deeply and so passionately. Mr. Pryor has described the Supreme Court's decision in Roe v. Wade as, the creation--quote--this is not some liberal interest group quote; this is from General Pryor. He said it. Quote: ``Roe v. Wade is a creation,'' quote, ``out of thin air of a constitutional right to murder an unborn child.'' He has said that he, quote, ``will never forget January 22nd, 1973, the day seven members of our highest court ripped up the Constitution.'' Mr. Pryor has said he opposes abortion even in the cases of rape or incest, and would limit the right to choose to narrow circumstances where a woman's life is at stake. He has described Roe as, quote, ``the worst abomination in the history of constitutional law.'' Worse than Plessy v. Ferguson, worse than Dred Scott, worse than Korematsu.
