Pyror Moore II-compressedCHARLESTON, S.C. â During Saturday nightâs Republican presidential debate in South Carolina, Donald Trump said that if he were to nominate a judge to replace Justice Antonin Scalia, he would consider Diane Sykes or Bill Pryor, the latter of which prosecuted âTen Commandments Judgeâ Roy Moore.

Cruz had an epic fail with Roberts..epic fail so Cruz is no better than anyone else.Fact!!!!
Maybe he thinks that making deals in Congress means being “bi-partisan”.
There are reasons I do not support Trump unless he wins the nomination. Add this to the list.
Can’t wait to hear Cruz’s picks...
The Right Stuff by Rafael “Ted” Cruz.

Did you oppose Roberts back then? Name me one promenent Consvative whom did? No one would predict he’d turn traitor.
You can bet Megan Kelly isn’t on his short list.
Damn he also mentioned Diane Sykes who ruled that Indiana could not overturn PP and stated the court’s belief in the “right of abortion”.
Cruz lied? Big time BS. This is YUUUUUGE.
Yeah, but who do they want NOW!
Exactly.
Cruz recommended Roberts for the Bush legal team that later fought Bush vs. Gore. But continue with your half-truths since many here donât know the whole story.
Roberts was almost in tears during the Obama Care opinion. Hard to know someone would get to him. Still a very strange decision by Roberts.
Cruz recommended Roberts (who for the majority of cases has been solid) only after his nomination by President Bush. Cruz preferred Mike Luttig who had more years of judicial decisions to look at. Cruz was elected to the senate 7 years after Roberts’ appointment. For Trump to say that Cruz gave us 0bamacare is ludicrous...
Denial
Anger
Bargaining
Depression
Acceptance
The Cruzies are passing Denial and moving to the Anger stage.
Latest Feb 14 South Carolina poll:

Didn’t know Cruz was in the senate at the time. He wasn’t.
Didn’t know he was the ONLY PERSON whose opinion mattered pertaining to Robert.
remember souter. Should you have not voted for Bush?
remember a few others appointed by republicans that didn’t work out so well. Should you have not voted for them?
Answering an accusation with an accusation against someone else is the weakest form of argument.
I suspect you are wiser than that.
Upon appeal, the Alabama Supreme Court upheld the removal by a margin of 8-0.
But I'd bet you would claim they were all a bunch of liberals.
Pryor wasn’t passing judgment on the decision against Moore, which he said he opposed. Pryor was merely enforcing the law once Moore violated a court order.
I’m okay with that. We are a country of laws.
Cruz supported the nominee put forward by his boss... Donald will nominate baby killing Democrats like his sister to SCOTUS who will sh** on every right we have.
Trump is on the record over and over again that he will support Liberals on SCOTUS.
I will not vote for him in the general under any circumstances.
I will not participate in that evil.
Cruz also wrote that long piece for the NR, pushing Roberts for the SC.
