Trump thinks he can play it both ways and get away with it. Why, because Trumpbots are so overcome by Pied Piper DONEald’s song (and dance) they are the ‘Mind Numbed Robots’ Rush speaks of and just the sound of DONEald’s voice generates more foaming at the mouth.
DONEald is in pure meltdown. A sane person does not act the way he does if they are prevailing.

He made this promise to his supporters to run a positive campaign less than 24 hours ago. He is already back in the weeds.

he generally can’t get along with people nor his contemporaries in the senate because he can’t be trusted and he apparently has a holier than thou attitude. At the same time thou...he needs money, the dirty money of the banks and all the other dirty actor special interests and then their is the conflicted position his wife is in with “her” contacts, employers and one world government papers. Can’t even trust him on where he stands as an American citizen. What other low life do we know where the same is true...obama! I think that is what Trump means by his statement. IMHO
I agree with you there but I cannot vote for him in the primary.
Cruz is my vote in the primary because I know he did what he said he would do for me when he was elected to represent me as my Senator.
