On @FaceTheNation, Trump said he has ordered his campaign to put its anti-Cruz ad back on the air in South Carolina, per a transcript.

Trump on anti-Cruz ad in S.C.: "I pulled it down because I wanted to be nice. ... I saw him do a negative ad on me, I said put it back up."

***Similarly, while Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)97% now says he will not support the TPP “in its current form,” Cruz had previously supported Obama’s trade agenda. Cruz even co-authored an op-ed with Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)56% in the Wall Street Journal in favor of fast-tracking TPP. Indeed, on May 22nd, Cruz voted for fast-tracking TPP. At the time, it was believed that this would the final vote on the matter. When it went to the Senate a second time, however, Cruz changed his vote, citing specific concerns unrelated to fast-track, but regarding certain provisions about immigration law and the export-import bank***.

Yeah, he’s a great Tea Party Patriot, on one day, on other days, not so much. More like Rubio or Obama.

Trump may turn out to be a disaster, but he’s not in office now, nor has he ever been, and hasn’t cast a single vote in the Senate. Cruz is also absent from a lot of votes, derelict of his duty as a Senator.

Yeah, he just loves the Constitution, though.

Right.

Does Cruz not support veterans? Why give Trump such credit for an obvious, easy issue that no one would disagree with and is not controversial? It’s when a candidate sticks to a position that is right but unpopular that they deserve credit. That’s what Cruz did with ethanol in Iowa.

What’s wrong with that voting? He changed his vote because of bad things that got tacked onto the deal.

Trade deals are wonderful. They’ve given us more choice and lower prices as consumers. Thank God we’re not a country that slaps tariffs and taxes as imports and treats us like babies who need a nanny state telling us who we can and can’t trade with. It’s not the government’s job to get in the way of the free market choices of businesses and consumers.

DONEald packed the arenas in Iowa too. Maybe he’s spending campaign money on astro-turfing, which could also explain the irrational screaming and spitting on FR too. The DONEald Pay much?

Still suspect that once anyone with even a sprinkle of conservatism has serious second thoughts about Trump when they get in the voting booth.

“I might vote for Trump if he’d shut up for 5 minutes...seriously.”

So I guess you won’t be voting for Trump then.

Lemmings and trumpbots are not meant to be original, just factual.

No one needs to falsely claim Trump is ill-mannered, pouty, foul mouthed, dirty player much less a liberal with New York values, Trump seems to be quite happy promoting those attributes on his own and irrationally thinking they are fooling the majority.

DONEald.

You have the floor to tell us what reality is.
Beware that you are not welcome to ‘your own reality’ without being called to task.

"Perhaps the sudden change in Trump's negative ad heart is that the south is more resistant to his snake oil charms than he first thought South is more receptive to shitty negative campaigning than he first thought."

... and that's a fact, jaock.

Trump is a child in a man’s body. Self-absorbed and self-centered. He is a vindictive reactionary with no knowledge, no depth, no experience, and no qualification for office.

Bad combination for a President.

We don’t need to replace one self-absorbed, godless narcissist with another.

We are at a turning point. Don’t get tricked by this side-show distraction. Don’t let yourselves be fooled by this prime-time fool. This is not a TV reality show. This is real.

Trump is an empty suit making empty promises using an empty mind.

Get to higher ground and look at the landscape. Use your senses to make sense of the man. He is a shyster.

ANYTHING Obama is for = bad for this Country. He helped give Obama and all his corporate owners exactly what they paid for.

Trade deals are wonderful? Yes, for Mexico, China, Taiwan, etc. For the US and for our trade deficit, not so much. I also think the 1400 who just lost their jobs at Carrier would disagree, but what do you care, you don’t work for them!

Facts are facts. Since NAFTA, ( thank you, Republicans) our trade deficit has skyrocketed. Anyone who thinks that is a good thing for us has an IQ of a squirrel.
