Something very peculiar happened at the Republican debate on Saturday night: When Donald Trump talked, the audience booed. Yet when Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, and even John Kasich talked, they got loud cheers and applause.
This happened again and again. It even led a spike in Google searches for "Why are people booing?"
Trump, at one point, scoffed that the audience was made up of "Jeb [Bush]'s special interests and lobbyists."
It turns out this may not be that far-fetched. Prior to the debate, the Republican Party decided not to use a lottery system to decide who should be in the audience. Instead, most tickets went to elected Republican officials, donors, and other workers for the party picked by local, state, and national party officials.

I thought in the first debate, there was no audience participation and that in itself was good. That was the first Fox debate.

I don't think it was lost on the viewing public though. This is the second debate where the audience showed their bias against Trump.
Tonight the audience was particularly adolescent in their over-the-top cheering for anyone but Trump.
All of the online polls are “non-scientific”, that’s a fact too.

They ruined the debate. They were like something out of a 1950s game show.
There is ample evidence. It was reported BEFORE the debate even. The audience was packed, that’s demonstrable with numbers and how the tickets were distributed. Sorry ... we’re dealing in fact on this one, not accusation.

Believe it! I know an awful lot of people in the area and a lot of people from our local party. There were so many people from out of the area.. and I mean way out of the area.
The GOPe stacks the decks. Trump tried to make a point and the noise from the audience interrupted and drowned out his words. It was not only out of control it was outrageous. Trump will make hay about this at his rallies.
back int the beginning - trump bought up most of the tickets for an events - shutting everyone else out - They fixed that.
And they applauded Lindsey Graham, so there ya go..Lindsey Graham, who went on MSNBC and applauded the fact that he voted for BOTH of Obama’s Supreme Court Justices, yep he supports Jebby Bush
