It’s insane to worry so much about aging scholars’ health.
But here we are. Freedom has become so very fragile.
We will all miss Scalia. But no patriot should have such a burden crushing his shoulders. It’s insane.
I don't know how term limits solves anything here. Justices can die of a car accident or assassination too. What we NEED is a Senate that will do its job.
