Rapid response by Cruz campaign. Game on.

Well time to get out the shaming letters. :-)
I used to say I loved what Trump said but I didn’t think he would be a good president. But I’ve changed my thinking.
I’ve listened to a lot of the things he says the last month or so. Frankly, he’s just mean at this point. Nothing he says has any real meat. He’s basically the guy leading an angry mob. Listen to what he actually says and the way he says it. It’s creepy.
LOL
Maybe CNN will send out a tweet that Trump’s dropping out. :-)
Cruzs’ lead over Jeb down to 540 votes. I think we are now getting the results from a more Bush friendly southern N.H.
Itâs funny and there is a lot of truth in it.
You’re right. :-D
Cruz (and Bush) really should do their homework:
Is the Coking story a story of pride of ownership that’s not for sale at any price, or a story of greed? Is it a story of Coking versus Trump or Coking versus the city of Atlantic City, to whom she owed some $25K in back taxes on a building that had been condemned for neglect?
The taxpayers of New Jersey decided to set aside a district for casinos in Atlantic City. All the owners in the designated area sold except Coking. Penthouse publisher Guccioni offered Cokings a million. She wanted more.
“Coking’s grandson, Ed Casey, previously told the Press of Atlantic City.... his grandmother....wasn’t opposed to selling...”

Instead of being happy about Trump coming along with a contractor to tear down the steel beam shell Guccioni built over Coking’s tenant house, that she had lived under for years, Coking immediately sued Trump’s contractor for ‘damages’, for six months refusing and then accepting an out of court $90K no-blame settlement.
Coking’s real reason for suing was revealed by her attorney:
“Glenn Zeitz, Coking’s attorney, said Coking settled so she could pay some $25,000 in back taxes - a debt that could cost her the house if not paid by December. He said Coking also needs to repair the house to prevent the city’s demolition department from leveling it.”
http://articles.philly.com/1997-02-19/news/25533159_1_donald-trump-trump-plaza-eminent-domain
“I did something that had never been done before in condemnation work,” Zeitz said. “I filed an answer to that complaint, and then filed a third-party complaint against Trump and against the CRDA, alleging that they were conspiring to violate her civil rights, by taking her property without due process.
“I sued them, and brought Trump into the case,” Zeitz said. “It was, ‘The Widow vs. The Tycoon.’ You want to know what this really was? It was two people with gigantic egos, namely me and Trump...”
“Jim Whelan, a frequent Trump critic who served as Atlantic City’s mayor at the time, told NJ Advance Media... “That property was a dump,” Whelan recalled this past week. “... The property was in disrepair. It was a blight on the city.”
The pushed story that a poor old widow woman was being ‘forced from her home’ was a farce - further exposed when Coking listed the tenant house for 5 million. Trump offered (more than) a million and a free apartment for life at a Trump property. (Coking’s building went to auction last year with a $199K starting bid. Icahn bought it).
In retrospect, had Trump not bought Guccioni’s project, Coking would have lost her home to the tax collector. Had the Redevelopment Agency (taxpayers) and/or Trump coughed up the 5 million, it’s easy to speculate Coking might have laughed all the way to the bank in Palm Springs without so much as a backward wave.
There’s eminent domain abuse, and then there’s individuals taking advantage of name recognition to flip the script and create a villain when there is none.
Why are you posting links to old Time’s articles and pretending it demonstrates anything at all negative about Cruz? Anyone who ever did any business of any kind anywhere has a roommate, friend, or relative they did a deal with that had some complex legal paperwork requirement that had to be corrected. Being a senator makes this doubly true.
Time is no conservative publication. Like most of the MSM, they could not find fault with a liberal caught red-handed selling aborted baby body parts. But they will indict over any slight error in manners. If that fails, they will make stuff up.
But go ahead and keep helping the enemies of Cruz and conservatives in general. You make it so much easier for the hail-Satan leftwing abortionists when you do their dirty work for them. For me, I will stick with the most conservative candidate in the race as recognized by every conservative organization who track such things.
Gosh, will political ads such as this, Cruz is going to lose the next state. He is totally off issue from what is on the minds of this election and the current state of the nation. This values thing is going make voters think Cruz wants to waste their time when what the voters really care about right now is the imploding economy, terrorism and illegal alien invasion and next comes the so-called “refugees”. Cruz is running a loser campaign with this one. It may be a “ha ha, I hate Trump” goodie for some who are Cruzbots, but it is a total waste of money as far as it comes to getting voters to have an interest. This is only self-serving to those who are going Cruz no matter what and hate Trump because he is so popular with the Republican base.
In fact, it is sort of like attacking the Republican base.
Dumb.
Amateurish compared to the LBJ anti Goldwater commercial with the little girl standing still in a meadow, saying nothing, with a flower in her hand as a nuke goes off in the not so distant background.
Cruzin for a brusin.
I hope this dreck plays everywhere.
to those who think this is ‘sick’ let me remind you, your candidate thought it was okay to yell an obscenity in the proximity of children.
2,000 votes separate Cruz, Bush and Rubio 3 way tie for third.
May happen. Only 600 votes separate the two with 75% reported now. Big Salem county hasn’t come in yet. Bush could overtake Cruz when it comes in.
Cruz as debater: 95
Cruz on likability: 15
That sums it up.
A great debater, but not a leader who attracts followers.
Like I was saying to you what’s about to happen for the next 10 days.
His presentation is poor. I’ve also found his debate performances to be competent, but not exceptional.
Good information, but I think you are going to have to show that Trump wasn’t involved in the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority decision to pursue her property.
