With the huge flush of cash that was just GIVEN to them, the Iranians can BUY all the necessary nuclear weaponry, from the North Koreans, that they want or can reasonably be expected to use before they succumb to MASSIVE retaliation.
What the heck, they already have a pretty good handle on the intermediate range ballistic missiles they need for delivery to Israel. Maybe even to the more recalcitrant countries in Europe.

They won't have to build one. Thanks to Ted Cruz and other brain dead Senators that gave Obama/Kerry veto proof approval of the Iran deal, Iran can now BUY nuclear weapons with the $150 BILLION WE GAVE THEM.
As to North Korea. They are trying to get on that same Obama/Kerry/Cruz gravy train...Why wouldn't they? They know suckers when they see one.
