Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton just gave his critics all the ammunition they need.
Already under fire for how he conducts himself on the field, Newton went silent after his team's 24-10 loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday in Super Bowl 50, sulking at the podium and essentially refusing to answer questions.

What are you smoking? How about two intentional groundings not called on Cam? A several obvious holdings not called on Carolina. But overall the officials did an OK job. Denver’s Defense won that game. They were awesome.
What a bunch of stupid questions...can’t blame him too much...
Yes, it is easy to dance when you are winning, the class and maturity shows up when you lose.
If my memory serves me, yes. Jim Rome called him Chris Everett in an interview, and Everett launched at him.
You believe that? Cam will be in Charlotte today and will greet everyone.
Is he a humble man? You better believe it.
He visits the children more than any NFL player I know.
He is the one that demands all TD footballs go to kids in the stadium. He is at the hospitals every week.
He has become a stand up man. It has taken time to get to him but he gets it.
This was a harder loss for him than his fans.
I didn’t have a dog in the fight and thought the officiating was fine. Great defense by Denver won this game.
Yes, everyone on ESPN was making Cam Joe Montana!
ESPN is worthless on every count.
ESPN is the one that denied Manning the Heisman.
Seriously? You have no idea? Ok, this then may come as a shock to you but Cam thinks that people who don’t like his arrogance and immature showboat antics are racists. Google is your friend.
Humble? I guess if you spend more time on your back in 60 minutes then a ten dollar whore you learn some humility.
I'm afraid you are correct. Back in the day, this was a fun place. Now it's cutthroat and mean. I'm hoping the pendulum will swing back.
So, If he is having fun winning football it is wrong?
He can run
He’s no leader of a team
I find it so strange the obsession with negro quarterbacks and their ....er.....athleticism
But none yet have recaptured the prowess of the original
They make for a fast game but new regs to protect the QB more
The best one ever is the first one and he played like a white guy
But really Newton is just spoiled and immature
He could Aryan blue and it wouldn’t matter....needs to grow up
His cowardice to throw himself on his own fumble at crunch time
I’ve never seen anything like that
Umm no. I don’t swing that way.
60 minutes on my back and I’m asleep. Anybody tries to change that and I’m likely to put them on their back forever.
He is a boy
Archie is a hoot.
Glad the loser Romanowski could chime in.
When was that during the game? I saw the meltdown in the endzone, but I missed this.
I think that was the Tolbert fumble.
No it wasn’t. Wait
