In 2002 the Republican Party had the White House, a majority in the Senate, a majority in the House, and a majority on the Supreme Court. In 2002 the Republican Party did absolutely nothing about abortion. In 2002 the Republican Party acted embarrassed to even discuss the subject of abortion. The moral of the story is - the Republican Party will not change abortion law. It doesn’t matter who wins the Republican Presidential popularity contest because the Republican Party will not change abortion law.

Lots of abortion laws from the south will come before the judicial department’s scrutiny.

can’t vote for someone who up front is fine with those exceptions.

There is a little bit of contention between abolishing at the national level and repealing Roe v. Wade.

By abolishing it at the national level you remove the rights of the states to make laws for themselves that are not enumerated in the constitution. (Me, I'm a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness guy)

By having Roe V. Wade overturned the rights revert to the state level.
