PORTSMOUTH, New Hampshire "And you can tell them to go f**k themselves," Donald Trump told a crowd at a Portsmouth Rally on Thursday night, uttering the expletive at the climax of the riff on his tax proposal. He was referring to companies that have relocated overseas for more favorable tax rates.
(Trump: I'd be a "much different person" as president)
Trump often relies on expletives and crude language to spice up his stump speech, though Thursday evening's event was a little more profane than usual...

Perhaps you'd p[refer that he take the tack Obama has taken with the terrorists.
Who wants a politician/leader who is so prissy he would utter the word, "s#1t" if he had a mouthful?
As a man who has sent a fair amount of money to Cruz since he entered the fray, I can't believe that folks will say we need him over Trump because we haven't heard Cruz say a bad word. McCain and Romney tried the "Mr. Nice Guy" route and we ended up with 8 years of Obama.
He’s just mad a h*ll. He has the guts say what we think- and he does not back down.
I don’t like cursing, but I will forgive him.
1. If I had kids, which I don’t, there’s no way I’d sign them up to watch the “10 Sweariest Movies” — or any movies until I’d screened them first. That’s one of the big problems; parents aren’t monitoring their kids’ days, friends, TV, internet, etc. It’s the parents’ responsibility to see that the children are seeing, hearing, and doing the right things. Mine were so strict that I never stepped a foot into a movie theater until I was 22 years old and on my own. (Sadly, I was way too innocent stepping into adulthood.) And it’s the parents’ responsibility to tell the kids what words are acceptable or not so they can judge whether or not a public speaker’s language is appropriate for them.
2. It’s true that a lot of the current “bad words” don’t sound nice. But your threshold of what words are acceptable or not is the threshold you’ve set for your family, and that’s great. Other families have set different limits. Why would you impose your exact guidelines on every other family in America? There are Biblical absolutes that offer no wiggle room, i.e., taking the Lord’s name in vain, homosexuality, stealing, cheating (hello... Cruz), etc.
Growing up, if we had said, “gee” or “gosh” — “minced oaths” — it was no different from “Jesus” or “God”, and we’d have been dealt with in an ugly way. Most of our friends’ parents had no problem with those kinds of words. Our family; our threshold.
3. Personally, I believe that Cruz on the campaign stages throwing around God the way he does, is taking the Lord’s name in vain. It’s not worshipful. It’s not ministering. It’s pandering to the evangelicals to get votes. It’s self-serving, and you can’t get more “in vain” than that.
He never said it, he mouthed it.
Someone needs to tell Trump that profanity isn't being "politically incorrect", it's being crude and moronic.
Profanity is the crutch of the conversational cripple.
He never said it.
I know. Apparently, so don’t.
Trump doesn't have a potty mouth? I've seen a number of clips from his road shows that demonstrate otherwise.
If you were sick, would you refuse to go to a top surgeon~maybe the best surgeon for your ailment because he cussed?
I honestly cannot believe there are 270 comments regarding ONE word, that wasn’t even said!
It is so easy to wind up Cruz fans, it’s hilarious!
Cruz is pretty much finished. South Carolina will finish him for good. And, except for pretentious piety, Cruz is not more conservative than Trump - notwithstanding that Ted ‘Mercer’ Cruz is bought and paid for by PACs run by tax cheats that owe 6 billion dollars to the government.
Yup. Exactly like the crowds do at concerts when the singer drops the f bomb. Something about celebs dropping said f bomb that makes it sound so cool to the assembled masses.
I know! Hilarious. The Cruz fans faint in horror at an “air word” (is that a thing?). They focus on the minutiae and are oblivious to the big picture.
Amateur hour does not a POTUS make. When you make the ridiculous claim that Cruz is not more conservative than Trump, it brings to mind the mob scene in The Mummy as zombie like followers of the reincarnated mummy Imhotep wander through the streets of Cairo chanting mindlessly "Imhotep! Imhotep! Imhotep!...." Their minds have departed their premises and they are nothing but a mindless Egyptian version of a Greek chorus. No matter. Imhotep and his followers get their just deserts in the end. So will the ringmaster Trump and his dancing bears and elephants and jugglers and bearded lady.
I don't have a crystal ball and neither do those who predicted a Trump victory in Iowa. No other votes are yet cast. As they say at the beginning of each baseball season, this is why they have to play the games.
I have always viewed taxes as money stolen at the point of a gun by the government. If, as a "conservative," you admire taxation so, pay yours twice and help reduce the debt or do you also admire the national debt?
Your "Mercer" reference is not at all obvious.
Have ABC, SeeBS, NBC, MSNBC, the Fox Network, the New York Times, the WaPo, the Chicago Trib and other papers who share your opinions of Ted Cruz paid all THEIR taxes? They have served throughout this campaign as Trump's supportive PAC without Trump having to run a single fundraiser.
Ted Cruz never had Slick Willie and the Arkansas Medusa as invited guests at his (one and only) wedding as The Donald had them at his third. Ted Cruz never ran a casino much less incorporated strip tease joints in them. He never insisted on a "transgender" contestant in Trump's Miss Universe contest as Trump did. Cruz has ALWAYS been a strict pro-lifer whereas Trump in 1999 told Chuck Todd he was as "pro-choice" as anyone in America and supported partial birth abortion. Then Trump adopts a cock and bull story about holding the REALLY AMAZING infant of a friend in his lap and that he was thereby converted to pro-life. Did Trump never hold his own infants in his lap? Were his kids not REALLY AMAZING? Do just ordinary kids have a right to be born rather than dismembered in utero or is it only the REALLY AMAZING kids who should live?
Conservatives want to know before buying a pig in a poke.
Long after the Trumponic Plague has run its course, actual conservatives will be here to pick up the broken pieces of the USA.
