Testifying before Congress today:

“We might as well abolish our immigration laws altogether,” suggested agent Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council.

That answer, in the face of all of trump’s bragging of buying politicians and historic support of progressive causes, is very tone deaf indeed. I hope you have an epiphany at some point. Hopefully not in the midst of a trump presidency.

Well I can tell you don’t want to join us Tuesday for the blow out. But you may come around sooner rather than later. God Bless and let’s be friends.

Why would I want to carry on a conversation with a person who calls me names . No thanks. As for not being smart enough, I suggest you look at yourself in the mirror before you slap labels on people. Judging from your posts, I will put up my Bachelors in Engineering and Master in Conputer Science degrees against anything you have to offer.

they will only learn when the consequences of their misguided vision is inflicted on them

some will make excuses like the left - some longer than others - but debate is pointless with them

they are exactly an moronic as Obama voterz and democrapz

we are at the point now where those excuses are just denial of facts and alinski tactics of shouting down and ridicule - redefining words - exaggerations (’bashing trump’)

they are personally wedded to winning at any cost - not personally wedded to tenets - and looking for the candidate that best aligns with those tenets

when someone drops by a fan thread and bashes the subject of the thread

when someone abuses the language by throwing out ‘bashing’ when the host has given his reasons - and you can't refute them

that person is incapable of civil debate - and invite abuse

luckily - I can beat you on either ground

By the way, having a civil debate requires both sides to be civil. When someone arrogantly calls people that they do not know "retarded" because of differing views. I will speak out. I don't care if it is the thread of your hero or not.

I will speak my mind on what a sham Mark Levin has become. If that bothers you, touch luck. I listened to his show for over 6 years and am very disappointed in his shift to constantly campaigning for a particular candidate. It has become beyond tiresome. I never have heard Rush give an endorsement during the primary season. In fact, he goes out of his way to be fair. That way, he can debate the candidates views/action with some credibility.

You can check my previous posts where I said that I would feel the same way if he were doing the same for Rubio or Trump. Boring radio and we don't need someone tearing down the leader of our party because his guy is not in the lead.

I said before that I like Cruz, but I like Trump better. If you want my reasons, here they are:

1. He solely brought the illegal immigration problem to the fore. Other "Johnny come latelys" decided to join the party after they determined that it was safe politically.

2. Trump is taking on the establishment and Media by avoiding the PC crap. He speaks his mind (at times, not the best choice, at times he hits the right nerve).

3. Trump has cross appeal Reagan democrats that will help him in the general. Not saying that Cruz doesn't, but like Palin, the media will paint him as an extermist (I don't agree with that assessment, but that is what I believe will happen).

4. Trump is a business man and has extensive private sector experience. Cruz has been in government his whole life. When the debate switched to Trade and the Economy, he took it over. To the point of educating Neil Cavuto. To the contrary, Cruz is a lawyer and has little to no business experience.

5, Trump is not a lawyer. Too many lawyers in DC have brought us this mess.

6. Ted is young and relatively inexperienced (like Rubio). The Rats will exploit this to their advantage.

I am not trying to convince you to back Trump. You chose not to accept my reasons for supporting Trump or not. Frankly I don't care.

I personally do not support Trump, and will put myself in the undecided column. So far I have only played the elimination game,Trump has been eliminated for me. But you are correct on Levin. Levin opened his show by criticizing those who are savaging our own side, and without taking a breath preceded to savage everyone under the sun, except for Cruz, on our side. I mean, in the same sentence. Levin seems to think everybody but him lives in a bubble, though he lives in a bubble where the calender stays at 1986. He keeps talking about Reagan Democrats, without ever contemplating that the majority of them are in the cemetery. I like to do a thought experiment where you change the numbers on the years, 19 to 18, 20 to 19. What would people have said in 1916, Wilson running for reelection, World War 1 in full swing, and a top commentator is calling for bringing the US Grant-Hayes-Garfield coalition back together again. He would have been considered nuts.

Good point. I must admit that I have never thought of it that way.

I myself have mistakenly referred to the non-leftist, low information voters or union members who go democrat as "Reagan Conservatives" when listing the reason of why I like Trump. I felt that he would have a better appeal to them and be more likely to get their vote.

After reading your post, I realize that I am wrong in a strict sense. A majority of the democrats are far left and the aforementioned groups of people are more in line with independents, I doubt that most of these people vote straight democrat, but instead change affiliations. As for the true Reagan democrats, I think you nailed it.
