Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz hit back Wednesday on Twitter after rival Donald Trump unleashed a torrent to posts - a "Trumpertantrum," the senator called it - saying that he "stole" the Iowa caucuses and calling for a new round of voting.

Birds of a feather...
I’m having a hard time telling the difference between Trump whiners and Sander’s whiners.
Man what is Trump going to do when China cheats on his trade deal? Or when Mexico doesn’t pay for the wall? Will he do another Michelle Obama #tag event to guilt them into it?
This is sad and very unbecoming of him. So much for his gracious loser speech.
Strange thing to say for a guy who wants to turn the Middle East into glass.

“Iâm having a hard time telling the difference between Trump whiners and Sanderâs whiners.”
Why do you want to whine about it?
I was never a strong supporter of Trump or Cruz. But I was honestly going to vote for either one if they get the nod. Possibly Rand Paul as well.
But the last couple weeks Trump has worn me down and I no longer like him. I’d probably vote for him though just to for the entertainment...it will be more fun than watching Hillary. Other than that policies will be liberal in nature (overall).
I am not accusing any candidates of “dirty tricks” or making excuses for my favored candidate’s rude behavior and failure at the polls.
Oh that is just too funny!
Trump looks good when he’s angry.
Cruz looks like he is putting on an act.
First you post:
“What’s really amazing is how the Freepers supporting Trump are a bunch of mini-me’s, throwing tantrums here that rival their master. Talk about a Pied Piper effect.”
Then I ask you why you are throwing a tantrum, using pejorative words like “mini’me’s”, “their master”, “Pied Piper”.
“I am not accusing any candidates of “dirty tricks” or making excuses for my favored candidate’s rude behavior and failure at the polls.”
But you are making excuses for YOUR master’s dirty tricks and rude behavior.
The nastiness of this primary is going to have repercussions. The petty nature of Cruz and Trump, make me think Rubio is the only adult there, and I’m not a big fan of his either. But Trump, who I like, is like a child who isn’t getting his way. He’s dangerous when cornered and is lashing out. Cruz just defies explanation. He can win without, what appears to be, underhanded tactics. All in all this has been very dissapointing.

Does your graphic mean something? It appears Trump and the Trumpeteers are the ones who are upset?
you know, and it’s in my past posts, i didn’t mind that trump went with the citizenship thing. Illinois has confirmed it’s a non issue.
you can have a guy like obummer that MIGHT have been born here but formative years in a muslim hole in the wall.
i expected trump to fight dirty and dont care. it’s an election for president of the united states!
but for him to cry and what likely made NO difference, carson NEVER polled higher than 9 that he got. it’s just silly.
what can you do. he is who he is. and it looks like i’ll have no chioce but to pull the lever for him. still cruz in the primaries for me
If that’s what you believe, that’s fine with me.
The Cruz folks came out slinging Tuesday morning and haven’t let up since.
It’s not just here. This is from Mississippi State Senator Chris McDaniel. Senator McDaniel is Mississippi co-chairperson for Senator Cruz.

From day one of this presidential season, I’ve had 4 candidates I’ve openly discussed in a positive light (each for different reasons): Cruz, Carson, Paul and Trump.
Although I do not believe Trump to be a Constitutional Conservative, I’ve always admired his courage and LOVED it when he challenged the establishment. I understand his supporters and their outrage.
But a small number of Trump’s people have become delusional, detached from reason and sanity.
...
The Carson supporters are always polite, much like their candidate. The Paul supporters are always kind, firm and principled.
But in the past four days, a contingent of Trump supporters have called me a communist, a liberal, an establishment insider and a RINO.
Do they not know history? Do they not care to know history? Is such ignorance common in our system? Or is it just a knee-jerk reaction? Does his record matter? Does mine? How does this happen?
I’ve been in political office for 9 years. Before that, I was a conservative commentator and activist. I’ve spent 2 decades fighting for conservative causes. I’ve never backed away from a fight, and I’ve never abandoned my principles. At no time in my life have I been called a communist, liberal, establishment insider or RINO.
Such reckless and blind loyalty to a personality concerns me greatly.
To my sane Trump friends, can you kindly explain?
Hey, Rove on O’Reilly just laid the whole Cruz-gate issue out. The timeline is damning, there was a message they chose to ignore stating Carson staying in the race. It only took 4 votes per precinct to swing the outcome Cruz’s way.
What an F’n snake.
