After accusing Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) of "illegally" stealing a win from the Iowa caucuses, Donald Trump said Wednesday that he'll "probably" sue over the results of the vote.
Trump said this in an interview on Boston Herald Radio
When asked if he would file a formal complaint over the caucuses' results, Trump replied, "probably."
"What [Cruz] did is unthinkable," Trump said, later stating that Cruz was a "really fraudulent" character.
Earlier in the day, Trump fired off a raging tweetstorm accusing Cruz of cheating in Iowa. Trump even suggested the Republican Party take the unprecedented step of holding a do-over election in Iowa or nullifying Cruz's results.

I don’t want to give him a forum for that POS.
Give me the quote of Cruz’s “lie”.
You got a quote from someone who works for Cruz. You got a Cruz memo that says go after Carson supporters at the same time.
Carson’s NH campaign had just quit on Sunday night. They said they loved Carson but were leaving so their efforts could go toward someone with a good chance at winning: Ted Cruz”. We know that for a fact. To me, that sounds like people who had been told that Carson was not going to campaign any more (like his campaign website shows with no campaign events listed) and was going to announce the end of his campaign soon.
The Cruz campaign told one of their precinct people who is a freeper that there was more to the story than meets the eye. If Gabriel did find out from Carson’s former NH team that Carson had told them he was announcing the end this week, it would make sense that he deleted the tweet when it turned out that Carson changed his mind about letting CNN and the rest of the world know he wasn’t going to campaign in NH or SC.
And that seems to be what this is about: Carson changing his mind about when and how to let people know he would soon be dropping out. The only public event his campaign has made any mention of was the Prayer Breakfast in DC. Is that a campaign event?
I guess neither you nor Trump (and Dr. Carson for that matter) understand how a caucus works. It is convincing others to support your candidate, not just casting a ballot. It’s not finding a magic vote-a-matic in a trunk or a ballot box in a closet.
Basically, Trump is saying that the people on the ground somehow cheated him, when he had no one on the ground to caucus for him. So in effect, you guys are saying that Iowa cheated Trump out of a win when he was barely above a third place finish, and your using Dr. Carson to perpetuate the lie.
Exactly what I was thinking. But by the hour today he keeps doubling down. Say it once and move on.
your using Dr. Carson to perpetuate the lie.
You better look at your boy Cruz more closely who uses deception as campaigning tactics before accuse anyone of lying.
How did he know it to be a false story?
The actual claim of CNN, which Cruz passed along to his people, was that Carson was not going to go to NH or SC. Has even Carson denied the truth of that report? His campaign website has no campaign events listed, anywhere. His campaign on Monday night only mentioned that he would be out and about on Wednesday - which CNN had reported would be his attendance at the Prayer Breakfast in DC. So the campaign on Monday, responding to all this stuff, never DID say that he would be campaigning anywhere.
So exactly what is false about the story? What is false about what Cruz said? And how would Cruz know it was false - especially if it is true that Carson’s NH crew, which had just quit to join the Cruz campaign, disclosed that they left Carson’s campaign because Carson had told them he wasn’t going to do anything in NH and was going to make his announcement soon?
Speak of the devil about deception Teddy again,

American is good. But not somebody who’s gonna fight the wrong things. I don’t want universal healthcare. I don’t want somebody claiming that citing a news report is fraud; that’s invented fraud and somebody who is going to expose REAL fraud (like the coup of 2008, which is what I had hoped Donald would do) doesn’t have time to piddle in made-up frauds.
If Donald wants to sue, what he should be suing over is Cruz’s eligibility, so we can finally get an answer. And if Trump and Cruz would work together on it they could together expose the 2008 coup. At this point I don’t know if either really cares all that much about confronting our real enemies, because they’re both so fixated on making up stuff about each other.
I am on the fence about Trump, but while Trump has pretty much has been flying around the country and promoting the Trump Brand while spending no money on the campaign infrastructure needed to win the Presidency in the general election , Cruz has been working hard and spending money building a formidable organization with a ground game capable of winning a general election.
If Trump is really serious about running for President as opposed to grandstanding and promoting the Trump Brand while playing celebrity diva, he needs to shut his mouth and get his campaign in gear or all he will do is act as a spoiler to help elect a Democrat
Trump is unravelling. I am not disappointed because I am not the least bit surprised. Anyone who has read even a little bit about narcissism should not be surprised.
Well-said.
Based on what I have heard today about his plans for the next week, it sure looks like the plans of a candidate than is going to quit.
Trump is like the child who cried wolf; no one is listening anymore.
The video of it is at https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1085531334800368&id=100000305365400&_rdr
(or Iâm told itâs also at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBfEfKZ6rBk if you donât want to go on FB)
So you can listen again and see if you still say they weren’t strongly suggesting that when they said that EVERYBODY knows if you don’t go to NH and SC you’re planning to quit. ‘Cause the substance of their report was that Carson was going home to Florida for a few days and would not be going on to NH or SC.
I know I don’t want another junior Senator or another lawyer or another career politician with sketchy Romneyesque tactics as our next POTUS.
C&P the exact words you’re talking about.
Same here. I was watching and they never said Carson was out/quitting. They said it was strange to be going to get clothes, but I never heard the words “out” or “quitting”.
