Trump supporters just cannot stomach any compliments paid to any candidates other than the donald.
Let me ask you a question.
There has been quite a few on here lately who are getting fed up of snarky, sly comments done by the Trump and Cruz voters. It is not all of them, but a handful of them who just can’t help themselves.
Now do you think your accusation and snide comment helps conservatives or the establishment?
Absolutely correct. Limbaugh under the bus now because he correctly pointed out that Rubio is actually fairly conservative on all but a handful of issues.
I am sure Trumpsters were perfectly happy with Rush when he has defended Trump for quite some time.
I think the nonsensical birther slop Trump tried to tar Cruz with has backfired. Seems like a lot of the radio folks are taking a second look at Trump and not liking what they see.
Everybody hears what they want to hear.
In the past week, Rush has been vilified by both Trump supporters AND Cruz supporters, depending on what they felt was his support for one or the other candidate on that particular day.
You simply can't put Cruz supporters on some kind of pedestal over this. I say this as a Cruz supporter.
I plan to vote for trump. Cruz Carson my other two choices. Rubio is the only other candidate I would consider voting for. The rest??? I will stay home and not vote for the first time in my life. If its Rubio vs Hillary, I will chose Rubio. Bush, Kasich hell no.
