Ted Cruz needs you to trust him.
Trust is the cornerstone of this fiery conservative's campaign, which may live or die with his ability to convince voters in Iowa and across the nation that he's the most consistent and trustworthy among the pack of White House hopefuls.
Yet as he strives for victory in Iowa's Monday caucuses, a chorus of Republican critics led by Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is tearing at the fabric of Cruz's message.
His GOP opponents cite a history of political opportunism they say is more in line with a used car salesman than the "consistent conservative" he claims to be. In debates, TV ads and on the campaign trail, fellow Republicans are highlighting inconsistencies in Cruz's policies on immigration, foreign policy and even his dedication to Christian conservative values. They're also reminding voters that the self-described outsider is an Ivy League-educated lawyer who served in former President George W. Bush's administration.
"If you are going to campaign as the most principled, the most consistent conservative, then your record better support that," said Rubio's senior strategist Todd Harris. "As long as he holds himself out to be holier than thou on all things conservative, we're going to continue to point out that he's not."

I assume you do not believe that Cruz would let people die in the street... so, the poor will get healthcare one way or the other, right? Okay, so Trump - for the one millionth time - wants private insurance for most people and a safety net for the poor that is less expensive than what we currently have. The Canada comment in part is that they negotiate the cost of prescriptions while we give a wet kiss to the drug companies and pay full price. But again, this has been discussed at length before. Everybody covered is a safety net.... get it. Private insurance for most everyone and a safety net. Please ask your buddy Cruz if he wants people to die in the street... if not, he is also covering everybody.
Medicaid is not universal coverage. It is welfare for select groups.
I agree completely, its time to grow up, get back to basics and focus on saving America. I am seeing to much pettiness from the #1 and #2 front runners that needs to stop.

Part of the conservative platform is now a right to healthcare for the able bodied who choose not to work? Are we also supporting phones, homes and scones as well? What separates you from the socialist left? As far as I can see,nothing.

I can cite you historical examples of Trump helping vets,,before he was a candidate.
Point is everyone has coverage and did before Obamacare either by insurance or Medicaid. So Trump was not talking socialized medicine for America and has said it would not work here. Insurance that is not limited by states is a start to “something better”.

Who would you so publicly choose to not have health care? The implication is you could, so you should volunteer to withdraw yourself to provide credibility.
Truly, the media are hardly stellar on their patriot credentials, and personally, I believe they just want to see a big, brawling general election, in order to fatten their resumes, gain ratings and collect bonuses. So, to do that, who do you think they want to see duking it out in the general election? Guess.
It is my bet they want to see a TRUMP VS. CLINTON show down.
Also, I think Democrats are generally exhausted by the old shoe from “92... Hillary Rodham Clinton, and wouldn’t half mind if she were defeated. They can stomach TRUMP, but Bush would be a bore and Cruz is out. They wouldn’t give him their front page no matter what he did.
That is why they don’t diss Hillary and they half way respect TRUMP’s ability to giver her a brawl.

This stuff is old murk because the mailer is breaking Cruz’s back and they need to sling anything against the wall to change the subject. Did you see the latest where it is found out that the voting records on the mailer were all made up!!

Can you give us a run down tonight, on your caucus process? I mean, do you know already what to expect tomorrow night, and what it will be like for you, in there? I heard that the Republican Caucus is miles more simplified than the Democrat Caucus process.
