He will start with a long-winded 3 hour explanation of how this is constitutional, then he will spend another 3 hours screaming at us how much of smart constitutional scholar he is. He will then add that anyone who doesn't agree with him is a statist, soft tyrant, and moron. He then will follow up with another 3 hours of calling for a Levin surge (whatever that is). He will repeat this for weeks on end, all the while, telling us that he hasn't made an endorsement yet and be sure to look the other way to the fact that his future stepson works for Cruz. Oh by the way, did you know that he worked for Reagan? He brings that up as much as John Kerry brings up that he served in Vietnam.
That is really sad if intimidation tactics work. it would have the opposite effect on me.

Wrong. Ted Cruz did not violate federal law. Even the stupid New York Times said it was just "tradition," not federal law that was "offended."

Since Beck came on the scene Cruz has suffered. It was a massive mistake by Cruz t allow this nut to go public. Basically Beck has brought Cruz down sadly.
