Donald Trump isn't planning on ditching the next debate. In an interview with NH1 News, the real estate mogul was asked whether he planned to participate in the next Republican debate on Feb. 6, co-hosted by ABC News and IJReview and held at St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire.

"I think I will be, yeah," Trump said when asked if he will attend. "I look forward to it."

"I'm doing really well here," he added, taking the opportunity to plug his popularity in state polls. "I will be in New Hampshire doing the debates."

He also took a shot at his chief rival, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, whom he said got "very badly hurt" during Thursday night's debate.

Trump is up by nearly 20 percentage points in the RealClearPolitics average of New Hampshire polls.

Spot on!

I will only add that John Kasich, the former Fox News employee thought he was in on the scheme because his state of Ohio is a must carry in order to win the White House so Kasich must make a great showing in NH and isn’t it timely the NYT’s just endorsed Kasich and Hillary?

Rubio for POTUS and his VP Kasich.

Thanks. I thought so too.

It’s mesmerizing more than a true beauty, but there is beauty to it also. I appreciate the creativity involved.

If the media was trying to bump off Trump, why would they be acting as an arm of the campaign

How many debates do they really need?

Yes.. a very good question.

I'm afraid the establishment wants to debate until one of their preferred candidates appears to win.

So far, EVERY online poll of consequence shows Trump has won ALL SEVEN debates, including this last one, and he didn'y even participate.

If Trump were an establishment candidate they would have already declared it as being over.

**DRUDGE POLL** WHO IS YOUR REPUBLICAN PICK FOR PRESIDENT?

Nothing after NH—by then the media will have told us who we will be voting for. If Cruz is still in they will start pressuring him to get out.
