The culture wars rage on in the battle over marriage. Despite the Supreme Court's decision to legalize "same-sex" marriage last summer, the battles over this radical ruling show no signs of letting up. Two of the victims of the "tolerance police" in New York state are Robert and Cynthia Gifford. The Giffords, owners of a small farm in upstate NY, occasionally allowed their farm to be used for wedding ceremonies. But when a lesbian couple called them to use the facility, that's when the trouble began. A couple who hosts occasional wedding ceremonies on their New York farm have lost an appeal to overturn the $13,000 in fines levied against them by the state's human rights agency, which ruled that their refusal to host a wedding for two women was discriminatory.
On Jan. 14, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department, upheld the agency's order and the fines, a decision the Alliance Defending Freedom – which represented Robert and Cynthia Gifford – said amounted to confirming, "that the government can punish the Giffords for declining to coordinate a ceremony that conflicts with their conscience." The couple lives in a barn they built on their farm and have occasionally hosted weddings on the first floor and the surrounding backyard area, according to ADF.
"After the agency ruled that the Giffords were guilty of 'sexual orientation discrimination,' it fined them $10,000, plus $3,000 in damages and ordered them to implement re-education training classes designed to contradict the couple’s religious beliefs about marriage," a press release issued following the court decision stated.
In order to comply with the order, the couple will have to attend those "re-training" classes or have a "trainer" come to them, according to ADF...

Despite 1400 years of history, we are told that Islam is a religion of peace and love (we should ask Swedish Women) and Christianity is a violent religion. Abortion is good, while exposing abortion and baby part sales is bad and evil!?! Like it or not, 1984 is here and O'Brien (the spirit of Antichrist) is ruling with free reign. Ted Cruz and Donald Trump, at best, may delay the inevitable, however Oceania is hurtling towards God's judgment. In the history of man, few nations have had men like Billy Graham and John Wesley preaching in the streets. Sodom and Gamorrah certainly never had the Bible and churches on every corner, yet we have at least equaled these nations in legislated evil (homosexual adoption of children) enforcing it in the courts. Jesus Christ said the days prior to His coming would be like the days of Sodom (Luke 16). I wonder if the end of Oceania will be similar to Korazim, Bethsaida, and Capernaum which lie in sackcloth and ashes to this day...

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
And regardless that 14A gives Congress the power to strengthen constitutionally enumerated rights which the states abridge, I think that the do-nothing, RINO-controlled Congress is merely going to yawn concerning this issue.
That judge has to be removed. Talk about HITLER?

funny that straight people can be ordered into ‘re-education’ but it is against the law for a parent in some states to take their child to ‘re-educaiton’ therapy to teach the child they are NOT gay
