Last night news broke that #OregonStandoff Spokesperson Robert "LaVoy" Finicum was shot and killed during a federal traffic stop near Burns, Oregon. In the hours following the shooting reports started coming out suggesting it may very well be possible Finicum had his hands up and did not present a weapon, nor did he attempt to cause harm to agents.
The reports asserting this included claims there was a witness or witnesses in the vehicle who watched the entire event unfold. But until now we hadnât heard from those witnesses publicly.
Now one of the witnesses has completed a gut-wrenching interview in which she says FBI agents fired an estimated 120 rounds at Finicum and his vehicle, six of which entered his body.
Here's more from the video page.
This is breaking, first-hand, eyewitness audio testimony of how LaVoy Finicum was killed by federal agents on January 26, 2016. The young lady's voice that you're going to hear was in the car with LaVoy, Ryan Payne, Ryan Bundy, and Shawna Cox.
The federal agents fired the first and only shots, according to this testimony. Finicum had his hands in the air when he was shot.
You're going to likely see video testimony from this young lady in the near future. Please pray for this whole situation. This is a tragic thing that didn't have to happen had cooler heads prevailed.

Perhaps not the brightest thing to do, but a Capital offense?
Murderers spend years piddling around death row and this guy is summarily executed over cameras?
What happened to due process? Or is this covered under the Patriot Act damned fools were lauding because 'our side' got it passed?
Stalin's Russian bullboys were past masters at the art of extracting "cooperation".
I agree. There was no reason for a roadblock, no reason for ANY kind of confrontation.
Not a single soul was in the remotest kind of imminent danger.
In fact, these folks were on the way to a meeting with the SHERIFF.
Very interesting tagline. I disagree with Marylin however. Objectivity is the essence of logic , not intelligence.
This man was there at the take down of the Bundys. He was with Ammon. He di not witness the actual shooting, but he saw what happened from a distance and talked to those who did. I believe he is the closest to the mark.

So God was okay with Adolf Hitler? 0bama? Stalin?
Got it..........
"Dale Gribbles" is a very appropriate description of how they were behaving. It's a shame they aren't more clever because I do believe they have a valid grievance regarding the government's intrusion and coercion regarding western lands.
The girl’s account was that Finicum exited the truck and WALKED toward the officers while talking to them.
McConnell might have interpreted going toward them as ‘charging’. I don’t know.
But the first girl said that even when walking toward them that Finicum’s hands were in the air.
Thanks for pointing to Mark’s video. The man has admirable craft.
I’m tired and distracted and don’t have time to listen to it again right now, but didn’t McConnel say that he did NOT see the shoot? If not, his assessment of a ‘charge’ by the victim is pure hearsay as to that particular.
Correct. He says very openly that he did not see the shooting.
He is using the word “charge” when a girl who was an actual eyewitness said it was a walk while talking and hands in air.

That is what I thought. Thank you. A bit too heavy hearted to keep following all this stuff right now.
Is it wrong to ask for Psalm 2 to be expedited?
Gone for a bit. Need some recharging.
The government provoked a death yesterday and the media is interested in Megyn Kelly’s feelings.
Only in America.
>> Actions have consequences. <<
In-actions have consequences also.
Based on the behavior of federal law enforcement in previous incidents, the mistrust is warranted.
BTW - you do sound like troll
I believe this woman.
There were several people in that car, and he talked with at least two of them.
If Federal officers are surrounding you...and you are armed (but not drawn) and they are screaming at you to stop...you DO NOT keep approaching them...at whatever speed.
Look, Lavoy was passionate about his beliefs and I agree with the sentiment against the feds 100%...and I have been on those front lines myself facing federal officers. (At Klamath)
Each has to decide how to handle themselves and how much emotion to display in such circumstances. But once guns are drawn and pointed...high emotion usually causes the events to escalate to violence.
Hopefully all of them will get their day in court and there can be a true and fair chance for them to tell what happened and for it to be examined.
In my own opinion, once they took the refuge and got on national TV where Ammon acquitted himself well in getting the message out...they should have declared victory and moved on to organizing multiple protests across the west, culminating in a big protest in Washington DC.
That may have had enough of a difference that the next administration would change things, and maybe even pardon and release the Hammonds. Now, it is likely that Ammon and his brother may get out of the pen around the time the Hammonds do...if they are lucky.
Who knows, perhaps they will get unbelievably talented lawyers who get them off, or out sooner.
But, this administration was not going to change anything no matter what these guys did.
But that’s all just my opinion.
For those who missed it...here’s the link to the video xzins and I were discussing.
