I hadn't heard of this charge. It sounds like one that could be used if you don't answer those IRS questions fast enough to suit them. On the other hand, I suppose Hillary is safe enough even though it would seem to be applicable.

This ‘witness’ was, according to this account, at least a mile away from the shooting...he is a third party re-telling Cox’s story.

We should always be skeptical of media reports. The media has a well-documented history of not just manipulating the truth but outright lying.

Also, it seems to me that the "eyewitness" is mostly repeating what he says he was told by other people who were the actual witnesses.

He may very well be telling the truth. But we shouldn't assume it is the full and complete truth just because the media says so.

But still many questions. The eye witness by his own account must have been more than 200 yards away. Getting out of a car that is stuck in the snow and charging the cops? How fast could a charge be moving through snow deep enough get a truck stuck. How many cops were at the roadblock? Was the dead guy armed or pointing a weapon. Was shooting him really justified? Seems like you are ready to close the book on these law breaking anarchists based on the first account aligns with your predisposition to support the feds.

I doubt a 70+ year old would be ‘charging’. That’s the age I’ve heard given for Finicum, but I’ve not confirmed it.

In any case, the girl says he was out of the car walking toward them with his hands in the air.
