In 2015, SilencerCo made big waves when they revealed their Maxim 9 pistol to the world. At the 2016 SHOT Show Industry Day at the Range, they showed off an updated version of the integrally suppressed pistol and it featured some interesting changes.
The 9x19mm Maxim 9, as originally debuted by SilencerCo, was effectively a heavily-modified Smith & Wesson M&P9. The Maxim 9 displayed at Industry Day was an entirely different beast. It featured a proprietary 3D-printed frame (the use of 3D printing was only for prototyping purposesâthe final versions will not be 3D-printed) and the gun now feeds from Glock 17 magazines. The version shown at SHOT had a 3.5-inch barrel.

Looks like a model x2 taser.
CC
How much would that gun cost?
$1400 to $1800. But if you subtract out the cost to acquire a good suppressor, a tax stamp, passport photos...you can see the price is not out of line.
Doing my part SOCOM RC-2, 30 caliber, Gemtech Blackside 45 caliber and a Tactical Solutions Cascade in .22LR......... Awesome hearing protection.
Time for one or two more before this ATF 41F change goes into effect on trusts.
Gosh. It looks like it needs a front grip.
Wish I could add another stamp or two to my collection, but alas, a lack of funds prohibits me. I could use a second AAC Ti-RANT 9, myself...
retiring end of this year and the 41F crap piling on so completing my high dollar replacements for free foam ear plugs ..... makes perfect sense errr cents to me.
Yes expensive, the 30 cal cans work for multi caliber in and under ...30 caliber.
My 45 caliber can works well with intended caliber as well as 9mm etc. Thats my economy plan A....:o)
Hope yer well Joe. Stay Safe !!
when does the .45 version come out?
