Trump just announced he is not doing the debate this week. Seems that along with not liking Megyn Kelly, Fox just issued some email that insulted him. Some message about Putin and him.
He said he will likely not change his mind.
Hey we all know Fox has sold a ton of advertising to people who think their ads will be on a time frame with 20 million people watching. No Trump and these folks are going to pull out and demand their money back. Sucks to be Fox
Cruz wouldn't because he supports the Keystone Pipeline anyway, which requires use of Eminent Domain.

Outstanding of Trump not to attend. Megan Kelly is all about her and Fox is stupid for keeping her on. She has a bias and Fox knows this and the more they attempt to promote anyone and everyone except Trump shows their hand. Hillary belongs in jail, Megan belongs off the air, Obama belong in Kenya, and Trump belongs in the oval office if for no other reason he is not part of the D.C. crowd.
And very bizarre. There's no reason at all for a news organization to be taunting a candidate.

For example, his staunch support of abortion.
His staunch support of gun control.
His staunch support of using eminent domain to seize private property for private developers like him.
His blaming Israel for, well, everything.

Cruz has placed his unprepossessing mug up on the stage beside Trump and got his teeth kicked in on the loser New York comment. Cruz was flabbergasted. He has had his shot. Maybe Cruz will say more bad things about Trump... nobody will be watching.
I agree- he is scared. His strategy for “running the tables” is a gamble that could pay big in the general but super risky in the primaries.
He was white as a sheet under fire from the press. Stumbling, uncertain, equivocal, searching for answers, halting and evasive. Trump is certainly toast, now that he's absenting himself from the debates, Jeb will emerge as the odds-on favorite.
