Harris County grand jury probe into Planned Parenthood of the Gulf Coast ended Monday with the indictments of two anti-abortion activists.
David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were both indicted for tampering with a governmental record. An additional indictment for prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs was issued for Daleiden, according to a release from the Harris County District Attorneys Office.

All this means is that the prosecution can now take the case to court to try them.
It doesn’t mean they’re guilty, they weren’t found guilty. Only that enough evidence exists to go to court over.
Their guilt or innocence is still in the hands of a Jury.
This is a good case for Jury Nullification! But, it’s unlikely that will happen.
The Socialists have been planning and waiting for a long time ... bought and paid for laws to be passed and they are on "legal" ground to mutilate a human being and part him out ... like Jesus' belongings
He said that the State of Texas has an ongoing investigation into the activities of Planned Parenthood and that nothing in today’s indictments affects that investigation. His website is overwhelmed so I can’t link to his statement yet.
I’m confused. Did the whistle blowers fabricate the whole thing? How else can they be indicted? Is Harris Co then saying that PP did not conspire to harvest organs?
Like Dinesh D'Souza, do anything to challenge the leftist ascendancy and hammered by partisan prosecutors.
The prosecutor should be hanged.
If goes to trial then Discovery applies, correct?

Then every conviction in Harris County based on a sting operation should be overturned. Big picture, that is the kind of precedent this sets. Bad move, Anderson, very bad move!
This constitutes a blatant conflict of interest, and a violation of professional ethics. I would think disbarment should be in order.
