All this means is that the prosecution can now take the case to court to try them.

It doesn’t mean they’re guilty, they weren’t found guilty. Only that enough evidence exists to go to court over.

Their guilt or innocence is still in the hands of a Jury.

This is a good case for Jury Nullification! But, it’s unlikely that will happen.
