As millions flee war-torn countries where anti-Semitism is rampant, several world leaders are calling on citizens to challenge this hatred everywhere they find it, especially when it comes to young people with anti-Semitic ideologies.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Saturday urged citizens to remain vigilant and to beware of anti-Semitism especially when directed by young people coming from "countries where hatred of Israel and anti-Semitism is widespread."
Currently, millions of people are claiming to seek refuge throughout Europe as they flee war-battered nations including Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan. 1.5 million refugees including several from throughout the Arab world entered Germany in 2015 alone.
"We have observed in several schools and meeting places (anti-Semitic) events (led) by young people, against which every adult has to act," Merkel said. "We must also encourage students who think differently.
"We can try to reason (with them) again and again but it should also be clear: (Anti-Semitism) has no place in our society... we must simply put clear limits," she said.
Josef Schuster, President of the Central Council of Jews in Germany, in November raised concern over the growing number of refugees seeking asylum in the country despite leaving behind nations where "hostility toward Israel and anti-Semitism are a common practice."
Speaking Saturday, Merkel warned that "Anti-Semitism is more widespread than we imagined. And that is why we must act intensively against it."
Anti semitism is just the tip of the immigrant iceberg. These scum of the Middle East want to end Western civilization either directly through jihad or by refusing ro assimilate and forcing the PC European governments to let them turn Europe into the the same dung heap society they left.
Very interesting morning TV. On CNBC, Jean Claude Trichet, said that the reason Europe has open boarders is because German companies need more employees. So there it is. The former head of the ECB admits what everyone knows and no one has said. Its not humanity that makes Europeans open their borders, its the pyramid scheme of European companies wanting more cheap labour to pay taxes. Thats why most immigrants are young men and not the children, women and old people that are normally displaced by war.
But these men are a little rougher than first thought. It reminds me of the scientists who brought Killer Bees from Africa to South America because they produce more honey. I think the parallels are striking.
I’m not sure that is the reason (a shortage of workers); the countries of southern Europe have plenty of idle workers, but Germany wants people who speak German and have a useful skill (neither of which applies to these “refugees”).

I am telling you what the man just said. He said Europe especially Germany opened their borders to get more workers. But as far as speaking the language is concerned. Try going to Silicon Valley and see how many speak English as a first language. English did not stop the Poles, Russians, Koreans, and Chinese from coming to America.
As far as Spanish and Greek unemployment is concerned, while a few are traveling to Germany. Its actually easier to get immigrants than it is to get folks who have a dole to fall back on. By the same token, America has 16% unemployment in the African American community yet they are not filling vacancies in Silicon Valley. However, a Chinese who knows no English does take the job.

Then she goes after ordinary Germans who protest it by accusing them of reviving Nazism. Then she cries about a revival of anti-Semitism. Does she realize that she, more than anyone, is the reason for it all?

Two of my wife’s relatives in Spain have gone to Germany to work (and send money back); the Spanish government is publicly encouraging any that can to do so. It appears that rather than depopulate EU states, they will just bring in additional populations - and I doubt it has anything to do with work (except at the lowest-skill level). Like the US, Europe is dealing with empty classrooms, homes, and maternity wards, and has to bring in people just to keep those industries moving (without creating a worse problem in Spain or Greece).
Most blacks don’t have the skill set required to work in the tech sector, and the education industry is determined to keep it that way; they are a captive clientele on the welfare reservations.

In 2010 she gave a speech warning that multiculturalism doesn’t work, and then expedites the placement of people of an alien culture into Germany. She allows multitudes of Jew-hating savages into Germany, and then warns of anti-Semitism. The reality is that tech education is free. You don’t need one dollar to get a good tech education. You can start with Khan Academy. You can get a free Tech education from Khanacademy.org available to all and there are several others as well. Then if you pass a test (which is not too hard), several companies like Groupon will put you through their own year long program and give you a very good starting salary (well above the national average) if you graduate. They even try to get people to stop wasting their time in college where the computer science education is often inferior and old. Education no longer costs anything.
Shrinking national populations in a world with a growing world-wide population does cause headaches. See Japan. The government pyramid scheme falls apart. You need a large group of people at the bottom to pay for the retirees. Especially the government retirees who retire earlier and have far richer benefits.
Our government could move the retirement age back, but they would rather increase the population. The government knows that the issue is, working pop vs. retired pop ratio. So you could solve the problem by leaving the same people working a year longer. Instead they prefer to bring in more people. Remember the folks making the decision don’t like their benefits delayed or reduced.
We have moved the retirement age back (for me it is 67 years old); between that and ignoring inflation they will save a lot of money.
I understand there is opportunity for those who want it; with our urban populations the problems run much deeper. Too many are a semi-literate population without any work ethic at all; they have never seen a breadwinner provide for a family (for several generations at this point). They’ve been reduced to such a low state by the culture of dependency that they are extremely difficult to motivate; the best most hope for is a token position with no expectations.
