Fred - the ideas that came out of the eugenics movements of the 1920's were - for the most part - either wrong or evil. People of mixed races are NOT inferior or superior in any ways other than the usual rules that govern any human coupling. Example: there's a good chance two high IQ parents will have smart children - but generally not as smart as the parents... there's a tendency to gravitate toward the mean... (mixed race or not). The whole Kalergi premise when based on any two random humans having children is wrong.
On the other hand, cultural mixing on a large scale is almost always destructive in the short run...IMHO
