GOP frontrunner Donald Trump argues that Fox Newsâs Megyn Kelly shouldnât moderate the upcoming debate on January 28 in Iowa, three days before the Iowa caucus.
âBased on @MegynKellyâs conflict of interest and bias she should not be allowed to be a moderator of the next debate,â Trump posted to Twitter on Saturday.
Kelly was criticized for being unfair to Trump following the first GOP primary debate. And two days ago, Kelly was charged with unleashing âon Donald Trump and Sarah Palin,â who recently endorsed the GOP frontrunner.
âBreaking tonight, a moment with the potential to change the Republican race for the White House â or not,â Kelly sarcastically announced, referencing Palinâs endorsement of Trump.
Kelly also featured the âNational Review Against Trumpâ story, having several of the anti-Trump commentators on her show, which resulted in the National Review being dumped from co-hosting an upcoming GOP primary debate.

Of course they are not fair. Why does anyone think this stuff is fair? Didn’t you ever get told, “Life isn’t fair?”
Donald has been doing TV as a wise ass for how many years? He should be able wipe the floor with her.
He is a big boy.
At a debate the candidates should be taking on their competitors not a bevy of bias antagonists.
Whaaaaaa, the bad lady was mean to me. Make her go away.
Whatever. You live in a fantasy world.
They should be able to get someone without an axe to grind.
“Shallow and dishonest, yes.”
Then you and I agree about Trump. I have done my job.
Trump should have threatened to drop out of the debate a long time ago when it was first announced that Cruella would be a moderator. Although Trump being Trump he is likely looking forward to a back and forth with her on TV. She’s not the sharpest knife in the Fox drawer. :-)
Trump’s not President, yet. And he deserves an equal playing field. Kelly hates Trump with a passion, how can she treat him the same as others on that stage.
I’m actually surprised they’re even going with her in the first place. Her feelings are hardly unknown, she uses her show to bash Trump continually.
That He was asked a question He considers unfair?
It is she who will be on the eyes of viewers watching her attempted assassination of him.
Since she is paid to bring viewers in contact with advertisers, the fact that people will watch her is her raison d'etre and is exactly what she and FNC want.
It gains him supporters.
Unlikely, if she is asks him difficult questions that are fair.
He is a genius.
If by "genius" you mean "petulant little child who brooks no opposition" then you are correct.
Then, he really has no b*lls, he’s a p**sy bully, as we all expected! It’s all bravado like Mr. “Red-Line” Obama...in the end, nothing to back it up!
Roger Ails can also sense that undercurrent of personal doubt and vulnerability thinking showing in Trump’s general nastiness and the increasing shrillness as BS stops and harsh reality sets in after Iowa. Ails won’t give in.
I thought you said she was already kicked off of the debate.
What happened?
Pull a SNL and Trump moderate himself.
You sure like to call n*mes. As another poster said, “Trump is playing chess”. Trump will not be pushed around by the press, a lá McCain, Romney and JEB.
See ya.
And Jeb is all about Jeb, as are all candidates about themselves. They are all trying to direct the attention to themselves. That’s what candidate do.
Moderators are there to preside over the group being questioned, And to guide the discussions and interaction of those being questioned. Moderators are in charge of what is going on and to guide it and that is all. Their personality should be secondary.
I was questioning her behavior long before that first debate. She can do that on her own program, but not as an impartial moderator.
I’m trying to think of one POTUS who did not bring attention to himself. Truman??
Oh, I think he can take it. He just like wasting his time on shit!
He could tweet during the debate and will still win polls about who won the debate.
Megyn Kelly just had a whole hour devoted to trashing Donald Trump by the National Review, and she continues to trash Trump.
She should be replaced by Sean Hannity. Hannity is so much better than Kelly. Republicans/Conservatives are so so tired that our debates are infiltrated by the left and establishment rinos.
All of these people are afraid of losing their income if the Rinos are thrown to the curb. Trump does not need consultants, focus groups because he is pro America and anti-establishment.
Kelly should NOT be a moderator. It is an insult to those of us supporting Donald Trump. National Review has shown their true colors and they will NEVER change the minds of Trump supporters.
He just doesn’t like wasting his time on shit!
