I guess Trump’s Olympian self-regard can lead him to never forget a slight, harbor grudges against critics for a very long time, and drive him to engage in childish name-calling late into the night, which are obviously some of the attributes we all look for in a presidential candidate. A huge ego and a penchant for spite is totally the kind of guy we should entrust the nuclear football to.
Trump also knows more about self-promotion than almost anybody alive, Lady Gaga included. So he must have some kind of plan here. And if his goal is to get people talking about him — and that’s always one of his goals — it’s already succeeded. But the overwhelming reaction on Twitter has been very negative (thanks for the support folks).

As a person who has built things and created wealth that paid my wages I have found that laws and voting doesn't create wealth or build things. Most of the time, laws hinder accomplishment and progression that benefit people. Case in point, Common Core and Obamacare.

Thank god no senators, presidents, congressfools, IRS directors, Generals, etc are anything like that. And thank god instead of calling someone a name, they use the machinery of government to destroy their lives.

Are you kidding? The Establishment is boosting him right now to destroy Cruz.
They know that Trump is at heart one of them — he’s an unmoored dealmaker who is not guided by fixed principles. Like the rest of the GOPe.
They can deal with him. It’s Cruz who scares them, as Bob Dole said just the other day.
If you want to bust up the GOPe, Trump’s not your guy — Cruz is.
Hve you looked at the names? They’re about as Establishment as you and I. You make yourself, your candidate, and your cause look silly when you make claims like that.
We don’t need a wall along the Canadian border. That’s why Scott Walker had to drop out.
Cruz is my second choice but I think Trump will do the most immediate damage to the GOPe.
