Former New York gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino argues there will be an outpouring for Donald Trump.
That’s ironic. Isn’t it leftest who call conservatives “reactionary”???
Some people need to be hit over the head for them to learn. You probably spent most of your time in school looking out the window and picking your nose.
No i skipped school that day and went to your house and met your mother. That is what the cool kids do. We don’t sit with big long lists in our trapper keepers to paste on everybody’s lockers to make them pay attention to us.
Now off to sleep my sweet freind, have a nice day tomorrow I am tired and I have several welfare families depending on me
Wow, are you one sick F.
Colors are backwards.
And George Pataki.
Cool map. I don’t understand why the North Country is so blue. Maybe it the influence from Vermont and Quebec.
Yet every cycle before thus we keep hearing that we need to expand the base to win. As soon as someone does that, you shout, “Oh but not THOSE people.” LOL.
Ronald Reagan said in 1940 he supported the New Deal. In 1955, he didn’t. Funny about those older interviews.
But Reagan was in his late 20s at the time. Trump, when he said he supported gays in the military and all forms of abortion, including *partial birth*, was in his mid-50s then, and obviously already a hugely accomplished billionaire real estate tycoon. Big difference. And he was about 65 when he gave that gushing endorsement of communist Bill De Blasio for mayor of NYC in 2013 or 2014. His support of Obama's opening up to communist Cuba came only a week or two ago.
You haven’t heard me say we need to expand the base with liberals.
I’d like to try running a conservative that believes in the constitution for a change and see what actually happens. Instead we always get the guy who “can win” instead. Then either they don’t win or when they do then we lose because they don’t share our principles and we get more of the same leftest crap.
We had a opportunity to run a conservative that believes in liberty - which is rare in itself - to show the country what one can do. After 8 years of Obama and Democrat candidates being a disaster we had an excellent chance that may not come again. And in my view we’re throwing that opportunity away. And that’s a real shame.
Reagan ran and become governor of California and earned a record. We didn’t have to take his word that his whole world view changed in the last several years prior to running for President. The Presidency is too big a deal to vote by faith based on words alone.
Reagan never ran a business. We have that record. They are different records. However, I can tell you from personally spending a lot of time in the RR papers-—Ted is clueless as to what it would take to run the government, as is any other GOP candidate but Trump. Even Bush, Kasich, and Christie’s experience at the state level isn’t anywhere on a par with Reagan’s. So he’s really sui generis.
So, no, I'm not going to lose with Cruz and pat myself on the back. Feel free to do that.
Yep. People change at all ages.
Trump will be a terrible president—like Carter or a great one like Reagan. No middle ground with him. I say give him a chance-—he will be better than Obama/Clinton and he just might be able to set a few things right. I do not see him as a two term president. But the History Books will judge him—not the media.
Reading comprehension is another area in which you’re seriously lacking. That’s not surprising for someone who looks at their candidate as a deity. Trump most certainly insulted all Iowans with his comments. It’s funny that you demand we take his comment in context but refuse to offer the same understanding to what Cruz said about NY values. Are you intentionally being dense or does it just come naturally for you?
Wow Mase. That’s great. You’re an intellect and a scholar. Typical Cruz supporter, whiny and condescending. I actually could care less what you do or believe. You can go ahead and feel principled in your stance on Cruz, but Cruz will be out of the race after Super Tuesday at which point you can pick up your toys and go home. There will be more than enough Trump supporters to take your place.
