Norman lear has injected socialist propaganda into the American livingroom in every program he produced.

LOL Little did he know. You’d think he’d have gotten a clue, but they never do. They have this delusion that they are ‘’speaking for America’’. lol America just wishes they’d smoke their dope, MYOB, & shut up.

Norman Lear, Jane Fonda, Michael Moore, Joy Behar etc. are the people who HATE TRUMP the most...
Isn’t that proof positive Trump’s the one to save the country?
He’s the one.

Oh, well, then that settles it. If a big Hollywood leftist says we have to turn our backs on Trump, then we must do so.

"...PFAW ran several advertising campaigns opposing the interjection of religion in politics..."It wasn't really "religion" that they hated.
It was Christianity, which directly opposes his atheistic, leftist agenda.
Lear is a leftist, atheistic jew who hates my values and the values that made America great.
I consider PFAW a hate group.

“All In The Family” was a direct attack on conservative American norms and values.
It backfired.

This showdown had to happen. Good for Cruz for making himself as relevant as he has!

He always was a lefty. You were supposed to have been shocked by what Archie Bunker was saying, not agree with him. And, in the end, *he* (Lear) was shocked that we largely did agree with Archie Bunker. He still really hasn't gotten over that miscalculation...

Yet it made him a very wealthy man. By doing good (from his point of view), he did very well indeed.

Good grief.
“America’s Middle Finger” indeed. And I thought Norman Lear was a totally brainless liberal dummy!
I guess he really IS paying attention!

It didn’t eat the elitist a-hole alive, it simply filled him with more contempt for non-elite Americans than he already had!

“Lear, Archie, Meathead, ... all of them are big Marxistâs, and always were.”
No - Carrol O’Connor was a Lefty, but Archie was mainstream American. Lear REALLY screwed up, if his goal was to make meat and potatoes Americans look foolish - he made them look normal and responsible, and the Left that Lear backed look like a bunch of morons. I will never forget the scene where a black guy comes into the house and robs them - with Meathead standing there trying to be understanding, etc. - and the guy just plain makes fun of how stupid liberals are...what a PERFECT moment.
Now, if Lear’s goal was to make money, politics be damned...well, then he did things the right way.

All in the Family's Archie Bunker. "I thought of him as lovable; he was not so much a bigot as he was afraid of tomorrow,"and now that tomorrow has arrived, Archie was right to be afraid
I remember one episode where Meathead said something like, "Why are you so afraid of the world changing, Arch?" To which Archie replied, "Because every time the world changes, it kicks me in the ass." Truer words were never spoken. That, and "You can't buy beer, you can only rent it."

The Jeffersons depicted a well to do self made black family. Sort of a rebuke to the identity politics narrative isn’t it?
