AMES, Iowa-
Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump received the endorsement Tuesday of conservative firebrand Sarah Palin, giving the billionaire businessman a potential boost less than two weeks before Iowa's kick-off caucuses.
"Media heads are spinning," the former vice presidential candidate said after taking the stage at a Trump rally at Iowa State University. "This is going to be so much fun."
Palin, the former governor of Alaska and 2008 GOP vice presidential pick, said that, with Trump as president, America would no longer apologize.
"No more pussy-footing around," Palin said.
The endorsement comes as Trump is locked in a dead heat with Texas Sen. Ted Cruz in Iowa. The two have been ramping up their attacks against one another as the election has neared.
In the statement announcing the endorsement, Trump's campaign described Palin as a conservative who "helped launch the careers of several key future leaders of the Republican Party and conservative movement." The statement also quoted Cruz as once saying he "would not be in the United States Senate were it not for Gov. Sarah Palin. ... She can pick winners."
Campaigning in New Hampshire, Cruz said, "Regardless of what Sarah intends to do in 2016, I will remain a big, big fan of Sarah Palin."

I think the strategic “get” of Sarah who previously endorsed Ted Cruz in his run for Senate, so close to Iowa and on the heels of the debate miscue on Cruz’s part (I’m not saying what he was trying to say was wrong, but the way it came out and Trump’s response caused a net effect I believe was negative for Cruz) is a tough blow...not unbeatable, but a blow, nonetheless to the Cruz campaign, and the apparent Glenn Beck endorsement for Cruz is going to appear a little desperate, IMO. These things are more about timing and strategy, and I think Cruz would rather be on the other end of this turn of events than the one he is on. Of course, there’s still almost two weeks which is an eternity.
This is a plus for Trump and will help flush out the shills and backstabbers, especially in the media.
Wow! I love the poster. You people can certainly crank those things out pretty fast!
and this site.
It was on twitter.
“I’m a red neck woman/I ain’t no high class broad/I’m a product of my raisin’/ I say “Hey Y’all and “Yee haw’’......
Sarah’s been through the ringer. She’s taken the hits from the main stream media and the from her own party.
Yes, after her thrashing in the media, even her own supporters gave in and concluded she was no longer electable. She is damaged goods, they all said.
Sarah’s been there, she’s done that - or should we say she’s had that done to her! She’s got the bloody T-shirt to wave.
Now? She’s gonna have some fun! She knows which (R) candidate can weather the fire she took, and she’s made her decision.
She chose the only candidate who can withstand the withering fire that the media will unleash as soon as the primaries are over.
I love Ted Cruz and always have, but I think Sarah made the right decision!
Go Trump! Cruz for the Supreme Court!
The MSM will now argue about the term, “Pussyfooting” for 2 days. They’ll say it’s considered by the Prude Community to be uncouth, offensive, insensitive with sexual overtones.
They will replay it and bleep it.
Let’s have a tea party? Trump said he wanted nothing to do with the tea party. Has he changed yet another stance?
People on F.R. can pan Glen Beck all they want but he has an Internet TV Station that is # 3 after Netflix and (another station I can’t recall) and he has all kinds of influence. I tune into the Blaze often myself and while I can’t stand the sarcastic comments, it is quite good.
I love Sarah Palin and when she says, “This is gonna be fun”. I think she is right.
Cruz was such a gentlemen when asked to comment about Palin’s endorsement of Trump. He said he would always be grateful to her for helping him win his senate bid.
Trump is coming!
Sarah sends her regards, Reince, ...You're FIRED!
Yes, Ted was very classy in his response. Something inside me still thinks the Palin factor may still unite Cruz and Trump. I guess we’ll see if she says anything negative about Ted on the campaign trail. If she doesn’t , I think it may be a plan...just a feeling.
I fear the trumpsters are a lot like the Obamaites. See more what they want than whats there. Mark my words trump will be the greatest compromiser since Boehner and will put liberals on the coutrt he doesnr even know a conservative. He is lifetime liberal NY dude. Will put hillary on befor cruz Onces he crushes his competition they stay crushed. Being 70 years old reduces the enthusiam but improves the perspective
And increases the dementia. Wisdom doesn’t always come with age.
Interesting that she brought up Rand Paul.
Bingo!
