Trump just released a new video on his facebook page about illegal immigration.
"We don't have a country if we don't have borders. We will build a great wall and it will keep illegal immigrants out."
"With that said, we are gonna have a beautiful door right in the middle of it and people are going to come in our country legally."

I do find it interesting that so many Cruz supporters are the same ones who used to fight anyone who tried to secure that border and reduce illegal immigration/bad legal immigration with no vetting.

I have found that it usually has to do with the posters stock portfolio or being married to someone who was or is an alien or an ethnicity full of them or....pure stupidity. For instance, they might be employed or hold stock in a private prison system.
Here is another way illegal aliens make big $$ for private prison systems who house the aliens by the hundreds of thousands and they give big contributions to the politicians who push amnesty and more cheap labor. McCain has always gotten their $$. Rubio is the biggest recipient. His chief of staff Cesar Conda has been a private prison lobbyist for years. Conda is also the guy who mentored.....Paul Ryan.

What? I read your link...the word ‘immigration’ isn’t even mentioned.
Trump says this: “so the bottom line must be balance. Rationality must rule. There are philosophical approaches to economics. However, at this point, we don’t so much need philosophy as we need action. Which way to proceed is the question.”
He’s talking about INVESTING in Europe and outside our borders not opening them to illegal immigration. He is NOT even talking about immigration! Read.

The entire article is about INVESTING, it mentions NOTHING about immigration! The question is do YOU think we should be able to INVEST outside our borders??

I know what Trump is talking about in the article, so does he and, so does his Davos audience.
I wondered why it had to have a door as well, but I guess once they self-deport, or get deported, they have to get back into Mexico. If that’s the case, I get the need for the door......it must only be opened from the north side, however.
Historically, only admitted those who we felt could assimilate into our culture well. The Republican party was the home for these newly-made American citizens. If we return to the standards of yesterday, and only allow those to become residents of this country who meet those standards, we need not fear millions of new democrat-voting welfare recipients.
I hope this issue of what kind of immigrants we should take in, is addressed in the future. What we are doing now is destroying our economy and our culture.
There is nothing wrong with returning with what works well, because what we are doing is offering opportunity to those who have the skills to take advantage of what we have to offer, and not to those who in reality will never be much, if any, better off than they are now. They will still be third world peasants living in the third world hell-holes they will create here.
Better, and far more-cost effective, to raise them up where they are now with our Christian missionaries, our Doctors/Engineers without Borders, our Peace Corps, etc.
