Criz would become a nationwide hero by being the crux of the effort that exposes the 8 year long coup of Obama, and he could i think be pardoned, so nothings impossible.

Think about the Chinese who have been flying to CA for years, staying at special locations and then giving birth to a child (anchor baby) and returning to China. They travel to the US legally, so are not illegal aliens. They are just foreign nationals.

No, the Cruz and Obama cases can and will be examined independently. Neither person's status under citizenship law depends on the other's, or has the slightest relationship to the other's. They were born at different times, in different places, to different parents.
Cruz is natrualized as a matter of law. That is an easy case. Obama isn't running, and even if he usurped the office (because Congress is derelict), his acts stand under de facto officer doctrine.
If Cuba had a "citizen of one parent, born abroad" law, like the US does, then Cuba's claim on Cruz was EXACTLY THE SAME as the US's claim, at the time of birth. Is Cruz a NBC of Cuba? Hardly. Not of the US either.

Yup, that was the point that George Stephanopolis made in the interview on Sunday, Trump actually has standing to bring a case on Ted Cruz’s eligibility. But that case has also already been brought and all Ted Cruz has to do is instead of moving to dismiss, respond by asking the court to render a decision in a timely fashion.
