Ted Cruz’s Father: My Son “Anointed” To “Take Control of Society”..
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | January 17, 2016 | Sundance

n a sermon last year at an Irving, Texas, megachurch that helped elect Ted Cruz to the United States Senate, Cruz’ father Rafael Cruz indicated that his son was among the evangelical Christians who are anointed as “kings” to take control of all sectors of society, an agenda commonly referred to as the “Seven Mountains” mandate, and “bring the spoils of war to the priests”, thus helping to bring about a prophesied “great transfer of wealth”, from the “wicked” to righteous gentile believers.

Many Evangelicals noticed his absence in issuing a shred of support to other conservatives during their live or die campaigns fighting in their state elections, last round.

Now we learn he gave McConnell & Company in the NRSC, $200,000 dollars during that state election cycle, and which was unbeknownst to us, and which was used by the Barbour machine to issue the MISSISSIPPI TREATMENT against deeply conservative Matt Bevins, who was leading that race against the mule for the Establishment, Thad Cochran.

Targeting Evangelicals and constantly asking them for money; is that not what TV ministers do ? Just say no.

<< so whether benign or not, Ted might have a problem. The article on Conservative Treehouse is of course blown up for full magnification because its a pro-trump site.>>

I’ve been watching how Trump manages the media and it just dawned on me that his “two Corinthians” mistake was probably not a mistake at all. Instead, he’s just continuing his polished way of being able to bring down his opponents. And the brilliance here is that it appears unpolished. And Unpolished = underestimated by enemies plus the ability to “only counterpunch” until his opponent is a (metaphorical) bloody pulp. (Insert daydreams of Hillary here)

Think about it: Trump knows this “Ted Has Dominion” stuff will be used by Rove et al to bring Ted down and bring him down hard. Between that video of Ted’s father and Ted’s birth issues, he’s toast even before he’s even in the oven. Trump already brought out the birth issue, blaming it (rightfully) on a reporter asking him a question. So NOW, how does Trump bring up the bizarre “Ted As King” issue? He needs that out NOW, not after the primary when the RINOs will use it. Look for Trump to make another religious “mistake” soon, after this big announcement news cycle but before the IA primary. Then he’ll deftly switch the conversation around, essentially saying, “Hey, at least I’m not trying to be your Divine King and transfer your money to a cult.”

It’s the Dumb & Ignorant Blonde being played to perfection, not an easy feat when you’re a successful multi-billionaire. :-)

Well, Trump is smart, but I don't know if he's that smart. I have been in churches---Baptist, Pentecostal, "community"---all my life and have heard plenty of people say "Two Corinthians."

We know Trump isn't an evangelist or a Bible quoter like Ted. Not a knock or a criticism on either. But when I heard Cruz talking to a POLITICAL audience tell them to "put on the whole armor of God," well, I know what that means and the context, and I know the "king' and "reign" talk. It doesn't bother me, but I know that non-religious or marginally religious people, including conservatives, will be very taken aback by this kind of talk. We aren't electing a Pope. I don't want a Cromwell.

Oh, baby, YES!!! There is plenty of resource here on the Mississippi, but I am the last one to help you access all that treasure trove. *Jane Long, and *DoughtyOne would know.

ALL FReepers were enraged. Thread after thread covered it.

All that was missing was inspecting Cruz silence and putting together why he was noticeably absent. We just did not know he was ingratiating himself to McConnell and Co., in order to repair himself with the entire US senate.

We did not know he was serving such a high position on the NSRC in order to hide from endorsing conservatives, nor that he gave the 200,000.00 to the Committee. That kind of money is what was poured into Mississippi.

Look for Sarah Palin to slip a similar “mistake” into tonight’s event.

I didn’t hear one, but your theory makes a lot of sense. Get her to make the second “mistake” because it’ll generate more news.... SNL-worthy news.
