Under the Intact D&X method, the largest part of the fetus (the head) is reduced in diameter to allow ease of passage through the uterine cervix and vagina. According to the American Medical Association, this procedure has four main elements. Usually, preliminary procedures are performed over a period of two to three days, to gradually dilate the cervix using laminaria tents (sticks of seaweed which absorb fluid and swell). Sometimes drugs such as pitocin, a synthetic form of oxytocin, are used to induce labor. Once the cervix is sufficiently dilated, the doctor uses an ultrasound and forceps to grasp the fetus’s leg. The fetus is turned to a breech position, if necessary, and the doctor pulls one or both legs out of the cervix, which some refer to as “partial birth” of the fetus. The doctor subsequently extracts the rest of the fetus, leaving only the head still inside the uterus. An incision is made at the base of the skull, a blunt dissector (such as a Kelly clamp) is inserted into the incision and opened to widen the opening, and then a suction catheter is inserted into the opening. The brain is suctioned out, which causes the skull to collapse and allows the fetus to pass more easily through the cervix. The placenta is removed and the uterine wall is vacuum aspirated using a cannula.

It’ better to get all “dirty” ( for want of a better word ) things out early on than to get an October surprise.
I prefer all charges (Cruz’s included ), bogus or otherwise, to be let out in the open now than later so that we can all judge whether or not they are serious.

He, and the rest of us, understands the original intent.
Cruz was the guy who flip-flopped on his “NY values” comment less than a minute later, as he was clapping Donald on his parry of Cruz’s own comment.
What I want is someone who’s a consistent conservative. Cruz fits the bill. Trump is too wishy washy on social issues. Cruz gets my vote.
Cruz has done way more to go after left wing NY values. Cruz is a fighter for conservative flyover country values.

Trump spends a lot of time in Palm Beach and casually talks with Rush. Rush pointed out that his transformation was not insto-presto. In fact, Rush has been openly critical of Trump pretty frequently and I get the impression that Trump still wants to appear moderate for campaign purposes, and most likely some ‘old democrat’ left in him.
But he’s already lightyears beyond the ‘G’ OP congress, and when he gets ‘close and personal’ with the liberal agenda, he will turn more to the right.
