The Laurence Tribe connection simply shows he can’t attack Cruz from anywhere but the left.
The problem is that when 85 lawyers are arguing the issue then there is what the courts refer to as a colorable case. Whatever YOU think is irrelevant. It is not settled until the Supreme Court settles it, and that can take a long time.
