Since you mentioned it, I remember reading about them, even as to them recognizing individual humans. The black birds (crows, ravens, even jackdaws) seem to be the most intelligent, except for the parrots. But I really don’t know about the owls...

This test was about being able to recognize and distinguish different emotions in humans.

Corvids are incredibly smart. They not only know how you feel they often seem to know what you’re thinking even when you’re not showing emotion.
