Obama offered to help Biden financially during son's illness By Reuters

WASHINGTON, Jan 11 (Reuters) - Vice President Joe Biden said President Barack Obama offered to give him money to help with expenses after his son Beau was battling cancer.
In an interview broadcast on CNN on Monday, Biden said Obama made the offer during lunch after Biden told him he was considering selling his house to raise funds to help Beau, who died of brain cancer in May 2015 at age 46.
Biden said at the time of the lunch it appeared Beau might have to resign his position as Delaware's attorney general because of the illness.
"My concern is if Beau resigns there is nothing to fall back on, his salary. But I said I worked it out, Jill and I will sell the house and we'll be in good shape," Biden said.
"(Obama) got up and said: 'Don't sell that house. Promise me you won't sell the house,'" Biden said. "(Obama) said, 'I'll give you the money. Whatever you need, I'll give you the money. Don't Joe, Promise me. Promise me.'"

I don’t believe any portion of this story for one second.... except that the kid got cancer.
I guess Iwonder with the Biden double income why he would be “cash strapped”. He certainly doesn’t give it to charity, or to the church.

I don’t believe this story, but even if it’s true, I’m sure Obama would have found some public money to give him. I’m sure it wouldn’t have been his own.

Yet Obama says he let his cancer-stricken mother battle insurance carrier(s) over money? Obama’s relatives live in shacks, or have to beg conservative authors for $1000 for medical care? Obama reminds me of some of my family, who let their own suffer, only to act like a big-shot with strangers.
Remember that same sick kid told Biden to run for president? Whatever happened to that? Why did he first broadcast, then disregard his sons dying wish?

He is the Attorney General of Delaware, a Lawyer, and he needs financial assistance from his Father, the Vice President of the United States of America who is made to sound like he doesn’t have a Pot to Piss in?

And if he did so, it’s only likely that he did so because he feared the headline, “Obama refused to offer help Biden financially during son’s illness.”
And he had the cash to offer him, you know, by signing that book deal before he took office and the new taxes kicked in and he saved a bundle, and the dough from that Nobel “Peace” Prize he was awarded, even though he’d only just won the election, and right before he started all that military activity in the ME and started drone-killing civilians without due process.
Did Mooch-shell offer any of the huge pile of dough she must have stacked somewhere from that 6-figure salary she pulled in from that hospital job she never went to?
