Never followed him much, but love his song “Young Americans”. Brilliant piece of work. Played it tonight....RIP.

Was just sorting through my You Tube playlists over the
weekend and played Let's Dance...
I wasn't a huge fan of his, but did enjoy some of his tunes. Sorry to hear he had cancer.

Was that the Japanese war movie? He was very good in it.
I liked some of his songs a lot!
this was shocking. and it sucks.
i’m sure he did a lot of insane stuff but he got older and I pray he made his peace with God.
I have a feeling he did.
Under Pressure... :)

Like a few songs of his, "Lets Dance" and "Cat People", liked the line in Cat People, "Putting out fires with gasoline".
Probably some more I don't remember.
R.I.P.

Yep.
I know they can digitize them and clean them up to some extent but you really cannot add more information than already exists.
In an odd way, it comforts me to watch my old favorites on video tape...it’s kinda like those familiar pops and skips on vinyl albums.

Seems like a reasonable assumption since Bowie was a smoker. But I havenât seen any confirmation that is was lung cancer, could have been any number of fast moving difficult to treat cancers like pancreatic cancer.
But yet Keith Richards is still alive and kicking.

Damn right! Alice Cooper is the only performer that I’ll risk my remaining hearing to see in concert.

That was one of the first four albums I ever bought. Another of the four was Station to Station.

‘Station to Station’ was my first Bowie album. Just listened to ‘Scary Monsters’ off ‘Best of Bowie’ on my way to the Post Office one day last week.
