The super PAC supporting former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is going after New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.
The pro-Bush Right to Rise super PAC is sending out mailers questioning Christie's record as governor in its first direct attack at Christie in Iowa.

Both candidates lag far behind the pack in Iowa. A new NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Marist poll of the Iowa Republican primary found Bush at 4 percent and Christie at 3, far behind Sen. Ted Cruz at 28 percent leading the field, followed by Donald Trump at 24 percent.

Laugh now, but what if what Jeb and Christie are really vying for is the VP slot. Just as Reagan was somehow persuaded to take Bush, a conservative nominee might be cajoled into adding a so-called moderate on the ticket. Yeah, barf.

The desperation strategy for all the non-Trump, non-Cruz candidates is to obtain third place. Those placing beyond third place by the the time South Carolina is over will have zero credibility with donors are our basically out of the race.
Works for me. I don’t care if the establishment GOPers trash each other.
