Tensions ran high in the Philadelphia Police Department Sunday in the wake of an attempted assassination of an officer by a man allegedly claiming he did it "in the name of Islam" after an anonymous tip to officers on Saturday said the threat against police in the city is ongoing.
According to a police report obtained by NBC10, an anonymous tipster told officers that, "the threat to police is not over" and that the man who shot Officer Jesse Hartnett is "part of a group that consists of three others," adding that alleged shooter "is not the most radical of the four." The report obtained Sunday goes on to say the tipster told police to "be careful.â€
Law enforcement officials confirmed Sunday afternoon that police did indeed receive a tip that Edward Archer, the man accused of approaching Hartnett's patrol car at 60th and Spruce streets Thursday night and opening fire on him at point-blank range, was working among a small group of radical men. Authorities said the tip came from a woman who approached an officer on the street.
Police said they are taking the tip seriously and investigating, and that on Sunday, they were issuing memos to all law-enforcement agencies to warn them to stay vigilant as the investigation continues.

The Philly police will be paying particular attention to non-Muslims.

It sounds like radical Islam has been taking lessons from #blm. “Hey! If they can get away with it, we should do it too!”
Well, that confirms this was a lone wolf attack.
But this can’t be. The Mayor said Islam is not responsible!

We were in Old City district a few weeks ago - but won’t be going back until hubby can get his PA carry lic. Used to be we didn’t need that to travel ‘equipped’. Anyway, about six weeks or so back a co-worker texted that the line (PA) to get the carry license was out the door and down the block. People weren’t giving up, they waited.
And I suppose the rest belonging to this ISIS cell will be deemed mentally ill also and their actions excused on that basis.
One could argue that Hitler and his NAZI generals were mentally ill also, but that didn’t stop the US from defining them as enemy combatants and declaring war on them.

Philadelphia has literally become one of the very top cesspools in the united states. The few good people should get out and, we should build a fence around it.

Solution: Call on the police, ranchers and militias to round up Obama, all the muslims and the liberals and send them to concentration camps. There’s a used concentration camp in eastern oregon, but it can be recycled. I’m sure Texas can contribute a concentration camp or two.
Then the military can take out muslims in the western world with the help of those countries who were once our allies.
Any muslim left-overs and liberals can be shipped to Saudi Sharia Arabia. The liberals get a free trip to muzzieville so that they can live out the rest of their lousy lives with the muzzies they love and protect from the rest of us Bible, gun-toters.
Trump can build a wall around the middle east and make the Saudis pay for it. He could probably even get Putin in on the plan.
