Donald Trump in Reno, NV today in the Reno Ballroom to start at 1 pm. Yesterday he was actually early for one of his rallies, so you might want to show up here early.
This will be he second visit to Northern Nevada since November. The first was at the Nugget Casino in Sparks where 4000 people showed up.
The latest Nevada poll from December 30th has Trump up by 13 points with 33%.
The Reno Ballroom is the newest and largest ballroom in downtown Reno and offers 32,700 square feet of flexible entertainment space. It seats usually around 3,000 people.
In contrast Ted Cruz is taking the day off, then hits Baton Rouge on Monday and South Carolina on Wednesday. Then on Thursday, he hits 6 or 7 events at the same time in Iowa via closed circuit, which is pretty clever in my opinion.
Hillary Clinton has 3 events today. A Rally in Waterloo, IA 12:30pm then has the Ellen DeGeneres show out of Los Angeles at 4:00pm which I assume is pre-taped. Then a presidential forum in Des Moines at Drake University at 7:00pm
I will post other live streams. Usually the local Fox carriers are the best. Fox10 Phoenix is in HD.
I always pride myself in being a realist, and from personal experience talking to many people, Cruz is looked at as that mean guy who shut down the Government. No matter how I try to explain the reality of the situation, they just aren’t interested. Those same people would have no problem Voting for Trump, and many of them are somewhat Liberal.
Spot on! I’m in Texas and have friends/family who say that about CRuz, and don’t want to hear another word. (I supported CRuz for his Senate run....with my time and $$, and for President, originally.)
These are a mixture of folks who are somewhat conservative (RINO) to liberal (voted for 0...blehhh). The RINO’s were first for Snarly, then Rubio and now have settled on Trump.....no way to CRuz. The libs went straight to Trump....bypassed Hellary, completely...LOL!!
He gets upset when even DAMN is said in a movie and he doesn't watch much T.V. ( I send him discs of old GREAT movies ); just animal shows with his parents and other such approved by them shows. At 9, he has heard some words, but knows enough that they shouldn't be used. :-)
Drop me a note if you want more info on Mark. :-)
Thanks for the on-the-site report!! Lucky!!
I’m so envious of you and onyx for getting to see Trump...in person!!
The Trump rallies sound like SO much fun. Everyone looks like they’re having such a great time.
Tell me these crowds will not translate to votes!
I loved the lady wearing the hat and beads, standing behind him, today. SHE is voting for Trump :)
I forgot to have him sign something. I was worried about the lady next to me (she had to sit down at one point) and then I was so engrossed in what was going on around me that I forgot I had my ticket that he could've signed.
He was very gracious to the little boy on the other side of me! He high-fived him then signed his arm.
I saw his signature and it looked nothing like 'Trump". Looked more like he singed "Aviril" to me! LOL
We had a wonderful day spent with lots of Trump supporters-----in other words, NOTHING like Cali! LOLOL
I’m proud of you and VERY happy; though just a tad jealous! He never goes anywhere I can get to. :-(
“Letâs cut to the chase and ask Mr. Rove. Hey, Karl...if youâre on this forum tell us. Who, on our side, has the best chance of winning and why? Please tell us....”
I would disagree that he has the best chance of winning, but you can bet Rove wants Rubio.
What's funny is I had to go back and look at the video to see who you all were talking about.
We never even noticed the lady with the red hat. I guess we looked at Trump the whole time. I had a t-a-l-l guy standing next to me, who had a booming voice. He definitely got Trump's attention a couple of times!
If you get a chance to go, even if it's a bit of a drive, then do it! He charges nothing for tickets!
I thought so. I was hoping others agreed.
Cruz as SCOTUS might work out. However, he’s proven himself to be a bit wishy-washy, and made some bad votes (when he knew better). We had high hopes for Roberts, too, and look where that got us. Bottom line: You just never know... I’d go for Janine Pirro or Andrew Napolitano first, I think
Oh we ALL are saying that; it’s quite noticeable. :-)
Just remember it’s “The Sierra”. Sierra means “mountains”. Also, don’t pronounce Nevada, Nuvahduh, like Californians. It’s a flat a sound as in “cat”.
Someone should tell Trump to pronounce it correctly since he’s going to Reno tomorrow. :) GOOD LUCK. It’s a great place.
Cruz would be better as AG, don’t you think ?
And yes, I think that Ted is like Roberts, whom he suggest to W.
Well I hope they spread the word that they can be viewed thru Amazon Prime! I will watch and do my best to let friends know :)
Nevadans are a friendly bunch. :)
He was here today. Funny, I have never been in or watched a group in Nevada NOT correct the pronounciation of the state except for Trump. To my knowledge no one has ever given him a hard time about it.
Can feel all those good vibrations through miles and time. SOoooo happy for you!
