(THE UNITED WEST) Tom Trento, executive producer of the new movie âFallen Angel â The Cover-up of the Shoot-Down of SEAL Team Sixâ which investigates the deaths of 30 U.S. special forces units in Afghanistan (the largest single day loss of life of SEALs in U.S. History), interviews retired U.S. Navy Admiral James âAceâ Lyons, the former commander-in-chief U.S. Pacific Fleet.
Lyons states the shoot-down of SEAL Team SIX was a âdereliction of dutyâ and further states that the Obama-Clinton restrictive rules of engagement also directly led to the deaths of 30 of our nations finest warriors.
According to Don Brown, former U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General officer and author of âCall Sign Extortion 17 â the Shoot-Down of SEAL Team Sixâ states that under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, dereliction of duty in wartime situations is an extremely serious charge and is punishable by death.

Having typed that, I will remain 'silent' here.
But I will not remain silent.
We can’t but our betters will let it slide. The airistocracy doesn’t give a damn about our fighting men and women. The DOJ is a criminal organization. They only exist to protect the Marxists and terrorize real American Citizens. No one will ever be held accountable until the paradigm changes.
Damn straight this should not rest...
And my other wise Conservative, pro-military Congressman, Randy Forbes, who has the SEAL facility in his area has done jack about getting to the bottom of this...
And ask the families what they thought of the Obozo admin sending a muzzie cleric to the memorial service...
[[And ask the families what they thought of the Obozo admin sending a muzzie cleric to the memorial service...]]
It’s like he had to spit in their faces.
He has so much contempt for this country and it’s military.
He sent a Muslim to the burial services for Seal Team 6?
*******************************************
Read this:
Muslim Cleric prays and damns Seal Team 6 to hell at their funerals
They didn’t LET them die, they set them up
That is why we can not let it go.
“..........the Shoot-Down of SEAL Team Six states that under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, dereliction of duty in wartime situations is an extremely serious charge and is punishable by death.”
Then bring on the hangings and make them public.
Those are very strong words, dereliction of duty. Who was in charge at the time? Was the Admiral in the video in charge? Who should be charged? I realize ultimately the CIC is Bozo the clown; but there is a level of command leading up to him.
The Admiral said that when the Afghan team was swapped out, the chopper shouldn’t have taken off because the team didn’t know these 8 people. Who was responsible to give the order to NOT take off, or to refuse to work with these strangers?
Shouldn’t it have been the person in charge of Seal Team 6? Surely there was a ranking officer there who should have called this?
How about the pilot? Who was he? Was he part of the elite team? Who told him to go ahead and take off? And if that wasn’t the correct vehicle to be using for this type of mission, then who ordered that vehicle to be used? And if protocol demanded seperate vehicles for the team so they could be broken up, who was supposed to order that, and why wasn’t it done?
Guess I need to watch the movie when it comes out because this little ditty raised more questions than I’ve heard asked.
Obama’s hatred for our military knows no bounds.
They killed Osama.....Obama HAD to have them killed.
You get it. Obama was covering his tracks, they were killed intentionally.
My only surprise is how long Americans have let this slide.
You’re warm. They did not kill Osama, and obama was covering his tracks.
Explain please.
Extortion 17
CH-47D (approx 100 ft Length)
“Full Blackout conditions” (no beacon or lights on)
100-150 feet altitude
50 Knots (58 mph)
Range 220 meters
Enemy force fired 2 or 3 RPG’s from a 2 story tower

RPG-7
A U.S. Army evaluation of the weapon gave the hit probabilities on a 5-meter (16 ft) wide, 2.5-meter (8 ft 2 in) tall panel moving sideways at 4 meters per second (8.9 mph). This probability decreases when firing in a crosswind due to the unusual behavior of the round; in an 11-kilometer-per-hour (6.8 mph) (3 m/s) wind, the gunner can not expect to get a first-round hit more than 50% of the time beyond 180 m.
50m 100%
100m 96%
200m 51%
300m 22%
400m 9%
500m 4%
(source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RPG-7#Hit_probabilities )
The effectiveness of shooting an RPG-7 at a well lit (day-time) firing range against a 9 mph target (5 X 2.5 meter, simulating a slow moving tank) at a known range would be significantly different than firing at an admittedly larger unlit target (100 feet) at night (2:30 am) moving at 58 mph at an unknown range.
My questions:
1) Why was a (cargo aircraft) CH-47 used instead of a (standard Special Forces variant) MH-47?
2) Why was the entire Seal team on one aircraft instead of the normal 2?
3) Why was the 7 man Afghan contingent changed out at the “last minute”? Manifest inaccurate?
4) (per “Executive Summary” above) All 38 men and a working dog remains were recovered, where are the autopsy reports? Were they cremated?
5) Families respond: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqtJrJ40Cio (3hr video) Many other questions.

Yep, pretty sure I read that somewhere a year or two after the event...
I put that on my long list of O’Bozo’s crimes against the military....
Just googled the event...it happened.
