Because I sincerely hope that someone frequenting the FRee Republic website wins the power ball drawing tonight, especially a monthly donor and because that winner will be an (almost) instant billionaire, I am offering some sound advice on how to handle the situation.

It might have had something to do with Chinese fortune cookies- that’s how the same number showed up so many times.

Another freeper thought to look on the breakout page, which shows the breakdown of numbers of winners. That’s how we know there were no jackpot winners. Main page still says pending.
Why is that? I know nothing about table games.

My dad and I were talking this evening. He said there’s no way in Hell anyone can completely keep their mouth shut if they won that big of an amount.
I beg to differ. I’d do everything within my power to not tell a SOUL. The problem is, according to a old axiom in the spy community, that the possibility of a secret being revealed is the SQUARE of the number of people who know it.

In black jack, if they are dealing from a shoe, multiple deck, it doesn’t make much difference. However, some gambling states allow dealers to deal single deck by hand. Now, I have known card sharks, had one as a best friend, could deal anything he wanted as long as he could hold the deck. These relief dealers are good, what you won from the regular newbie dealer that seasoned relief dealer will get it back.
