As the U.S. engages in a national debate over the militarization of the police, federal data shows that government agencies charged with largely administrative roles are spending tens of millions of taxpayer dollars to purchase SWAT and military-style equipment.
Since FY 2006, 44 traditionally administrative agencies have spent over $71 million on items like body armor, riot helmets and shields, cannon launchers and police firearms and ammunition, according to federal spending data from watchdog group OpenTheBooks.com.

Not sure but I can tell ya for a pure sheer fact, there IS an American civilian army already....but it don’t work for Uncle Shew-gah.

More evidence showing that zer0 won’t leave office, and will have every single fed go door to door confiscating everything they feel that people shouldn’t have. That’s his personal force just as well armed and trained as the military is. You may not have heard this for the first time, but I’m saying it here and now. He won’t leave office.
I’m getting the same feeling. Benghazi Clinton is going down the tubes as we speak. Slow Joe or another designated pet rock just doesn’t stand a chance. So it will have to be a false flag with His Arrogance declaring a “national emergency” (not martial law which would require the military to step in) where the elections would be “deferred” until some future date, the constitution suspended and federal agencies would have draconian powers.
A death camp system will need guards.
