Iran has already stopped Iranians from going to Mecca. In fact, they have already threatened to destroy Mecca.

The reason SA panicked several months ago about the Iranians in Yemen is that the Iranians put a force there that SA thought was capable of striking into SA and taking Mecca, and destroying the haj. So SA came up with their 10 sunni nation force to fight "terrorism."
